Great stove for the price. Wish the burners were adjusted in location, since mine meets the wall, sometimes I’d prefer to cook the opposite location.

Have had MULTIPLE Geek Squad members here over the past couple months concerning delivery/replacement/repair of new appliances. There was an issue with each and every appliance, but Best Buy stood behind the quality assurance and made it right each time. All Geek Squad workers were polite, professional, listened to and responded to any concerns, and respectful of our home. They were prompt and always gave a call to say they were on their way, which I really appreciated.

The agents I took down my old TV and installed my new TV. They stayed and downloaded all the software and worked with it until all my channels and everything from my previous TV were working correctly. Thank you so much I am not sure I could’ve done that on my own it is greatly appreciated.

Our family appreciates the comfort of having extended warrantees for major appliance purchases. We have purchased the 5 year extended warrantee on all home appliances that we have bought from Best Buy. Best Buy lived up to the warrantee by offering a replacement appliance swap when the prolonged service maintenance contractor was 3 weeks out. Rather than having to wait- we were satisfied with the rapid decision for replacement.

The delivery guys were great. They took great care with the removal of the old range and installation of the new one.

Love this Fridge Freezer, the doors have so many compartments and the freezer has 2 drawers where one can be converted into a fridge drawer by just pressing on a side control. The best part of the Fridge is the view door where I keep everything I need for easy access so I dont need to open the Fridge very often

Love my new range. After looking for a very long time we decided to finally make the switch to induction. Best decision ever! I love how quick it is to heat a pot of soup & boil water. Also has a ton of heat setting options. Wish I had done this much sooner!

This is the best plan to get. Longest protection plan, helped to fix items at year 3-4 when they start to have issues. Or if they can’t fix give you the exchange. For the similar item or its value toward the replacement item… if you can afford it get it

Always buy the extended warranty for installed appliances. It takes the pain out of service. Appliances are not built with the quality they used to be. Brand names don’t have the same value; especially since they went to making everything in China. Not 5 stars, since the repair contractors vary in quality. Some repairmen are good and quick. Others repair people are incompetent. And the dispatchers are insensitive to your needs for a functioning machine ASAP. The Pacific Home staff at the stores are good.

The agents have helped and guided me several time to the point where if I were the agent, I would cringe and hid behind the door. I feel they really care about me and my ability to use my computer in general, and spefically my main interest, photos. Every single time I leave, they tell me " come back if you need more help. They even remember my name. I don't feel like a pain, now I feel welcomed, because of their high level of workmanship and willingness to help

These days appliances are getting more and more expensive and don't seem to last as long. Sure, I can just go out and buy another one, but that isn't good for the environment. Plus if your unit breaks down, the purchase protection helps me manage my costs. Items built over seas aren't readily available (I waited 60 days for this microwave). I feel much more comfortable purchasing the plan than living without it.

Bought this protection plan when I purchased a refrigerator. Have not had to use it yet.

we haven't needed it yet. It's expensive but we chose against it on last dishwasher purchase (an LG) and regret it now

We purchased four Samsung kitchen appliances this fall and originally protected only two. We decided to go back and cover all four within the Best Buy allowed time period. (We have friends who have experienced problems with high end appliances that were brand new.) So far I can say that we are very pleased with the Best Buy experience in Colorado. From sales to install and the elite membership, it has been great. Hopefully we don't have to have any service done.

I can not remember th3 name of the guy who came out to troubleshoot my dishwasher, but he was great. Very friendly, personable, and determined to fix the problem. Although my new dishwasher was unable to be fixed, he went above and beyond, making sure a replacement was sent, and scheduled for install.

Well worth it and came in handy just when I needed it to have my appliance repaired on several occasions.
