I always make sure i always get the geek squad protection plans on everything i buy from BESTBUY just because they make it so simple. Almost no questions asked about replacement and no registering the plan to get your product covered.

haven't needed it yet so it's hard to rate. bought it for protection against any issues using the self-cleaning feature. KitchenAid said that issues caused by using the self-cleaning features high heat are caused by improper installation when it occurs. I added a heat register to my cabinet to allow for better air intake by the oven when it is operating during the self-cleaning cycle to be safe. to help it breath better.

This protection plan saved me from paying for a new dishwasher out of pocket. My last dishwasher bit the dust before the end of the 5 year warranty. Parts were no longer available. Because I had a 5 year extended warranty on my last dishwaher- I paid $80 for my new dishwasher plus the cost of a new extended warranty. Well worth the money and Best Buy honors their extended warranty!

Always get the warranty. It's the only reason to pay a little more for the product at best buy.

I thought it might be a good idea to get the added protection. I used to be a Best Buy Total Member. However, after the 1st year they dropped the price $20 & took away most of the benefits.

I stand protected, with my kitchen appliance if and when I need answers not unsolved problems or unsolved solutions I rely upon my 5 year standard Geek Squad Protection Plan. The Geek squad protection plan is expertly crafted to protect my buyers rights and expectations and solutions. I would not buy a item without the coverage of a Geek Squad Protection Plan. And thats a fact as well as a true statement.

The geek squad crew were very friendly and professional. I always get a protection plan since appliances aren't built to last as long as they use to and it gives me the peace of mind that if something goes wrong I have professionals that can take care of the problem promptly and properly.

We have not needed the Geek Squad yet. But sleeping better knowing help is available.

I didn’t have geek squad install the TV yet because I am still doing painting in the room it will be installed, but I had a very good experience with Troy who was the salesperson I had at the Naples, Florida location. He gave me all the information on various TVs for me to make a decision on which one was best for the price I wanted to spend. Also he matched the price Costco had it advertised for. I did sign up for the additional 5 year warranty.

Protection works great for me and my family product

The protection plans are worthy and the technician are really well prepared.

The microwave was installed as expected. Had product issues but on 3rd try we got the microwave oven installed, tested, and is operating. I purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty in Feb. '23. I expect that if there are any issues the Best Buy/Geek Squad personnel will be able to correct any issues or failures.

Needed warranty service I could count on. This meets my needs
