Very fast courteous service would definitely order from best buy again

Ruben Barrientos from Geek Squad was AWESOME!!!! Gas Range had problems, Ruben came out and repaired. He was an excellent example of what you can expect from purchasing Geek Squad Protection. Timely, helpful, cordial, knew his stuff and if he didn't he would research and resolve, gets the job done right, excellent representative for Best Buy. Best investment I've made. Worth every penny.

I thank God we have not had to use this for our cooktop, but glad I have it. We have had it on other times and have used it and have always been pleased with the people who are part of the Geek Squad. Only negative is that I wish it was a little cheaper.

Have had a little over 2 years now. So far, so good. It will occasionally go thru some cycles where some strange sounds are made, but everything working fine so far. Water dispenser doesn't shut down quickly enough, so you have to hold "1--1,000" before pulling out your glass. The french doors on this model do NOT close on their own when both doors have been opened. This can REALLY be annoying as most people expect the fridge to close when you swing them shut and walk away. Not with this; the left door has to be closed first, then the right side. Really stupid design. My neighbor has a KitchenAid french door model and hers swing shut as one would expect. For this reason alone I would say go with the KitchenAid.

I always recommend the protection plan. Though most items BB sells are of good quality, it doesn't mean that something weird won't happen. Appliances are made en mass, so it is always possible that something just happens and is not a sign of good/bad quality - be smart ant CYA. In the long run, its a small amount of money each month for peace of mind.

I hope I done need to use my warranty but I have piece of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, The Geek Squad will come and fix it!

Can't be too safe these days, with the high cost of appliances and the almost impossibility of getting parts or repairs, a guaranteed replacement is worth this small investment. Our previous unit didn't last three years, so we switched brands and also made sure to get this warranty.

This service is great. The crew comes out right away if there’s problems. They’re easy to talk to and are very responsive no matter what the issue.

We had a Samsung microwave for 11 months and the surface started peeling NOT covered This microwave i# above our stove, kinda concerning that peelings could fall into food

All my appliances and electronics are always covered by geek squad protection! Ive never had an issue with technicians they always do a very good job and are very professional.

Worth every penny, has saved me thanks to terrible Samsung appliances. Customer service is great and they get it done, sometimes they take a bit to schedule a repair but still worth it.

Had this on the old dishwasher - was able to get the money spent toward a new dishwasher - easily handled, pleasantly surprised. Purchased new agreement with new dishwasher - proved valuable!

Best Buy stands behind their product replacement program. I've used it before with mostly no hassle or issues. Highly recommend this option especially with products that have mechanical moving parts or products you travel with or carry with you. Also a must for high-tech non-basic appliance models and laptops that are going off to college. The best Product Replacement plan available.

Definitely get the warranty on a dishwasher regardless of the price. Dishwashers breakdown easily. Worth the extra cost.

Works great, looks nice but not exactly fingerprint proof. A couple of small dents with delivery but they hooked it up and helped me drill a bigger home for the waterline!

New refrigerator ..extended warranty is a must for most new appliances. We have had lightning strikes that take out appliances …whether they are cord protected or not. Just wanted to make sure we are covered. Price was reasonable.

Have not needed them yet. But I am glad we bought some protection.
