I normally do not buy the extended warranty. Best Buy does not have the best reputation for honoring the terms. But, I can't buy an item as costly as combo oven/microwave wall unit and not buy the extended warranty. Fingers crossed.

Geek squad are my goto guys. My Samsung watch broke and they replaced it and made the process much easier. Being Thankful we have tech like you. Again thank you employees for your deduction and hard work.

We are so glad we had opted to take out the Geek Squad Protection plan as it has been invaluable in ensuring our warranty needs were met and exceeded.

Glad I have it just wish it didn’t take so long for them to come out for an appointment over a week is a bit long to wait

We bought the extended warranty for this microwave and unfortunately had to use it. We are so glad we had it.

Anything you buy you should get warranty. Now they have totaltech which is great. I’ve bought over 50 items and always get the warranty. Used twice so far once on fridge and once on washer machine. Saved me a few bucks.

I had to call out geek squad several times for a stove bought at best buy. The problem I had with stove was a defect in the product and not the fault of best buy but every agent I spoke with and every repair man that I had were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked fast each time to repair my stove.

Definitely recommended when you spend good money on modern appliances with so many features that can fail. I am a believer when a high end German appliance stopped working and Geek Squad took care of the repair completely. Since then I always get their protection when the product is over $1,000.

Always good service too get when you need work done with purchases of tv,fridges,ranges etc…

Has to use this right away. The response was very quick. Although they wanted to just push a replacement rather than try to fix the appliance. My requesting them to look into fixing it was the best decision since it took 4 months and lots of help from the store to get this finally delivered.

I haven't used the service on the new dishwasher yet but have used Geek Squad in the past and have always been happy with the service.

I always get the Geek Squad service for all long of a period as they offer. I have never had an issue with them taking addressing an issue when it comes up!

We purchased this 5 year Geek Squad protection for our new refrigerator. The refrigerator was quite expensive so we certainly don’t want to have to replace it for a long time. With all of its electronics we just decided to be on the safe side with an extended warranty. Thankfully we haven’t had to use it!

For large appliances we've had great success using best buy for our warranty. We just had a dryer have a problem and they came out and made the process so easy. They ordered parts and had them shipped to us so they were there when the service technician arrived. We also needed parts for our dishwasher that broke and we were able to get them ordered under warranty no problem.

All the features and ways to customize the interior to fit your needs! Dual ice makes etc. absolute dream! Looks high end with the black window on one of the doors.

Can’t go wrong with a warranty like these! Awesome customer service also!

It’s really up to you if you want to purchase this item. But my self I would say get it. Only takes one time for something to go wrong with your purchase. And wow you will be out a lot of money paying to get it fixed

Based on the delivery and installation service already provided I expect this service will be amazing already.

Always very helpful. Wouldnt buy anything without adding this coverage.

I always buy.....not worth having something go wrong and you don't have coverage!
