have not had to use this for the fridge i purcahsed yet, but have for other appliances. ease of setting appt and scheduling has always been easy. companies are always helpful and complete the job in a single visit.

This is a pretty good refrigerator. The water leaks a little bit out of the freezer daily there’s no work around for what you have to put it on underneath the drip and the refrigerator is a bit small.

We purchased an LG stove which was a tremendous piece of garbage. LG was 100% unwilling to make any concessions or try to make any repairs. The geek squad was incredibly helpful in getting the issue resolved. Best buy took responsibility where LG would not.

I recently purchased 5 yrs of Geek Squad protection for a new gas range for only $125. I was delighted to learn that the extended warranty covers full replacement if the range is not repairable and that it is fully transferrable to a new owner should I sell my house and include the appliance. That is excellent and gives me peace of mind!

Excellent. Makes it easy to repair or replace consumer electronics and especially appliances if they breakdown within 5 years.

What can I say? We have had no problems with this appliance and therefore, no need for repair. It is difficult to rate something that we have yet to use, and hope to never have to use it. But it makes you feel better knowing that it is there, when and if you need it.
