Have taken several computers in under this service agreement and have been very pleased with the turn around time by Best Buy and the results of their work under this service contract. They have been very helpful and very friendly when I talk with them about the issues concerned each time. I would reccomend this service to others.

Protection Plan is one of the best in the business. Was easily able to replace a cooktop that arrived damaged. Also an ice maker in my fridge broke down and they came and fixed it right away. No hassle, and no run around.

They were very helpful installing our new TV and setting up our new computer. But when we called for help with a computer question, we were told their computer went down and would call us back. No one called back.

I highly recommend getting the warranty coverage with Geek Squad. Since you can access everything with an app, you don't have to worry about keeping a bunch of old papers

Beat buy by far has THE BEST protection plans for their products. It saved me from having to buy a new TV and I was even able to get a more up to date model if the one I originally purchased wasn’t available. I highly recommend the Geek Squad protection on more expensive products!!!

After the great experience with Geek Squad installation, we decided to purchase the 5-year protection plan. The Geek Squad has the expertise to provide first-class warranty service for the Bosch dishwasher we purchased and had installed by Best Buy

I had buyer's remorse for not getting part of our Appliance Suite covered by warranty. Went back to the store shortly after install and purchased the warranty for the Complete Appliance Suite. I think it's worth it and with the current shortage of appliances it is even more worthwhile.

The installation guys did their job and were pleasant. After they left we realized we had questions about the machine's operation. Never mind, since the soap dispenser has stopped working we will ask any remaining questions about the machine when the warranty person comes.

Great people they know what they're doing. They are always sending the right installers and uninstallers with high knowledge

I haven’t had to use the extended warranty but it was reasonable and I have it just in case something should go wrong.

We have been through two (2) Over-the-Range Microwaves in the last eighteen (18) months. Had a purchased this type of protection, for the low cost available, I would have saved over $1000.00 in that time frame.

I have not used it yet but I think it is worth protecting your investment. Geek squad in my opinion, is something one has to invest in when you make a major investment. I don’t pray anything should happen to my washer but I think it’s worth being protected.

Purchased this along with Best Buy installation of a product and when I tried to use it - within the month or so of purchase of an appliance that’s not working!!!- I was told I can’t use the protection the first couple of years!!! And the manufacturer is sending me to Best Buy. A total mess

When we had a problem with an appliance, the first technition to arrive did not fix the problem. The second technition was so knowledgable and knew how to fix the problem instantly. I think Covid-19 is causing problems with enough staff to go around, but the problem was solved and we are well pleased.

Anytime I buy an out of the box product from Best Buy. I will always buy the geek squad extended warranty. Minimal cost.
