Hooked up my dishwasher in no time no I have peace of mind for the next 5 years

I would not buy an appliance without it, i have had them out, fixed items. Never cost a cent

I had issues with rust on one of my appliances that was delivered and also with a installation pack for my washer that was not delivered. I got a replacement for my appliance, and a refund for the undelivered washing machine instal pack.

Hoping that I don't have to use the service for our fridge but if we do hoping we have great service with the Geek Squad.

Hope we never need to use the Geek Squad for repairs but have peace of mind having it for expensive appliances. Installation was completed in a workmanlike manner. Installers wore masks and made quick work of installing new gas range and over the range microwave.

Hopefully it won’t be needed, but it gives me peace of mind

I purchased a mini iPad 4 and a 4K tv with the Geek Squad protection. One week later, I brought them an old laptop that needed to be cleaned up and upgraded. It was free because of the Geek Squad protection plan I purchased. The guys there were vert friendly and had my laptop ready like new the next day.

I’ve used the extended warranty several times on different items from Best Buy. They are awesome.

Haven't used the service yet and hope I don't need to but it's good to know it's there if I need it.

The delivery guys got this into my house without removing any doors. The ice maker is not very fast but works great. We really like the storage space in both the fridge and freezer.

Even though this microwave came with a 2 year warranty it was worth adding additional warranties to the way all products are built these days.

It’s expensive fir the extended warranty/gel squad service plan but hopefully if anything should go wrong this repair process will be fool proof. So far I haven’t had to use it luckily. But nice to know it’s there if we need it!

Everything worked out great and I love my oven. I will always purchase the extended warranty!

Our last microwave didn't last three years (different brand), so we aren't going to take our chances on this one. The 3-year Geek Squad service warranty is a deal. It gets fixed or replaced if anything goes wrong.

I was hesitant to get an extended warranty because of problems that I had with the warranty company that Best Buy previously used, but after the Geek Squad showed up for installation in 2 days and did a great job I called the store and added the warranty because the Geek Squad does the warranty work.

Great addition to my TV. Great item highly recommend.

Love all extra compartments. Just have a problem w/ the closing of left hand door. Have to close it first other it will not close properly or all the way
