In today’s world most appliances and electronics don’t last. I buy a warranty with all the products I buy. I’ve used warranties on better than 50% of the products and had new ones provided when the products were not repairable.

This service was great. I didn’t have to use it but I did cancel and was able to get a refund for the remainder of the time not used.

It’s better to have the warranty than to not have but service technicians from local repair places are horrible. Only positive is that when they can’t fix it after multiple times, you can apply a credit towards a new purchase.

I have had to use the Geek Squad several times with my different devices and have always been pleased with their friendly efficient service. They are happy to help solve problems as well as explain how to use my devices if I get stumped. In store customer service is as good as over the phone.

The prices to purchase weren't bad! Pretty cheap!!

I have never had to use any of my product warranties. I always get them. I would rather deal with Bestbuy than any manufacturer.

I have not needed the warranty yet. So far the dishwasher is working smoothly. I Purchased the warranty for a reasonable price. The warranty provides assurance that If any problems arise, they will be taken care of.

I am a Geek Squad Fan. It IS the up and coming service company in our present days. No I don't work for them. I just use them a lot.

Always get the extended warranty! Over the years I have used Best Buy warranties for many items, from computers, appliances, TVs, etc. It's no fun paying up front, but when something breaks, it will save you a lot of money.

If anyone buys anything from Best Buy, add the protection plan. No hassle, down to the point good on their word service. No one comes close to this plan or package. A must have for any large appliance or electronic.

I usually don't buy extended plans but after having worked on my old dishwasher at least a half dozen times before deciding to replace it, this was just peace of mind.

I am hoping that I don't have to use it but having this type of coverage is a peace of mind

Hopefully I won't need to use the warranty but if I do, I hope they will provide a great service. Since we will use the dishwasher almost everyday, buying the 5 yr warranty is a must. It provides a peace of mind that if it ever needs a repair or replacement, we can just call the Geek Squad to take care of it.
