I think the plan is ok! I thought I would cover more than does.

I purchased the Geek Squad Protection with the confidence knowing if I have the problems with my new built in microwave oven it will be covered past the 1 year warranty. Given how much we use it, it definitely will give us peace of mind.

Finally upgraded from an old hot point refrigerator. It meets our needs and happy with the purchase. I'd recommend it for those looking for an upgrade.

I haven’t used the protection plan as of yet. But every appliance I own has it on their. Best Buy’s plans are great on price.

We got the extended service plan with our refrigerator, as extra protection. Geek squad has always taken care of us if there has been a problem, so we always get a protection plan with our items.

Service plans are in necessity have to get in the habit of Colleen and getting a juice out of it

I always buy insurance for expensive stuff at Best Buy because there isn't any trouble to exchange our defective merchandise in the event that I need to do so. Best buy has not let me down in over 10 years that I am a customer.

It’s ok if you don’t want to use a pan larger than 6”. The burners don’t heat evenly. It was a massive mistake buying this. It looks beautiful (although the exhaust leaves stains on the wall) but functionally it’s terrrible. Glad I got a warranty it’s been used for maybe 9 months and the oven is broken already.

I hope i never need to use it but glad i have it to cover it.

Stove was mounted professionally. They cleaned up afterwards.

The repairs are performed by a third party and their communication is horrible. My bosch dishwasher stopped working at 17 months, the repairman said it was beyond economical repair and they would replace it. It took one month and over 10 calls getting passed from representative to representative to finally schedule the replacement. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan, they now said after the unit is replaced the protection plan is void and I need to purchase a new plan. They decided it was cheaper to replace rather than fix it, now my 5 year protection plan is voided after only 17 months. SCAM!

When the ovens on my less than one year old GE café range stop working, the agents were able to diagnose the problem over the phone, get the part,It installed within days of the part arriving.

Definitely recommend you get the extended service on any appliances. They are great to work with.

I had never had a issues with this protection, best buy for the money.
