The staff was wonderful and interested in listening to the customer. I was given several options to choose from when the problem was identified. No ifs, and, and certainly no buts when service was delivered.

Easy to use protection, worth every penny having peace of mind.

Love that my appliance is covered for 5 years. Needed to use it the 1st year. Microwave was still covered under the manufacturer warranty, however, the Geek Squad comes out to make the evaluation. They do all the paperwork which makes things so much more simple.

You really can’t be without a service plan when you buy big products or appliances

They did a pre-inspection and told us what we needed to do before the final install. Install went very well and they took the old cooktop away. Easy Breezy.

Always purchase the extended warranty for my major appliances no matter what especially we live in smaller cities where manufacture warranty doesn't provide that much protection.

Haven’t had to use them so far. I did buy the extra warranty just in case.

This is an important add on to insure that the product(dishwasher) will perform as it should and IMO is well worth it.

So glad I got the protection plan. Within the first year I had a parts problem. I got a new range out of it.

In this day and age when appliances break easily, you must get the warranty! They are more affordable than ever and hassle free. We have had to use them several times over the past few years . It would be foolish not to get , because nothing lasts like it used to.

Hard to comment on something you haven’t used. It’sa shame you have to purchase additional warranties. Additional warranties are pricey so hope it’s worth the money if we have to use

Have never had to use the protection but people who have are well satisfied - cost for 5 yrs reasonable fit peace of mind

Geek Squad is cool but if you don’t have a serial number handy they won’t receive your phone call

The Geek warrantee is terrific. It saved me from paying for a new oven when my oven's computer panel burnt out. They tried to fix it 3 times and when that failed, they gave me a new oven!

Havent used but gives me a piece of mind. I would neverbuy anythi g without a extra warranty

We installed ourselves but the pricing for protection on our dishwasher was very fair.

Buying an appliance. Get the protection. I had my fridge fixed several times and my stove replaced twice.
