I had a small issue with the refrigerator I purchased at Best Buy and called geek squad. The issue was handled quickly and correctly. Much better than relying on LG.

When they found out that my tv is beyond repair, they replaced it with a better one in a matter or 2 days. I would always and will patronize the geek squad services.

I called the Geek Squad for assistance and they pointed me to the Bosch web site. Although I know the Best Buy warranty kicks in when the manufactures warranty expires, I guess I was hoping for assistance to find a warranty services and get a warranty service call scheduled.
