We took this service out for the new whirlpool Microwave, we havent had to use the service yet but we have had it on other purchases and it is excellent service

What's there not to love about an extended warranty? Bought this for an OTR microwave that cost a pretty penny and wanted the peace of mind if anything went wrong.

Your crazy if you don't buy the plan. Modern appliances need it.

I don't know why I keep purchasing these, except that they provide peace of mind. I have only used a warrant once in 20 years, but when I did, they replaced the item immediately.

I feel safe having the insurance in case of break downs. China puts out a lot of garbage, nice to get it fixed cheaply when it breaks down.

Once you do get to part of getting appointment to get serviced you are good to go. But it's the part that trying to set up appointment is really really super hard. You will reach to the point of feeling like throw your phone to any wall beside you before you get someone who speaks enough English to understand you want to set up service time with Protection plan you have bought. Some days you will get through, somedays you won't. Take your pick But I would say it's still cheaper to go through this than actually not having any protection at all since you might be lucky to talk to someone

The GEEK SQUAD always honors a protection plan for any product they cover & if every needed they will repair or replace the product that is covered that is why I have always purchased the GEEK SQUAD protection coverage

Review is for service protection plan I hope I will never need on my new dishwasher. However, worth the nominal charge for peace of mind.
