The repairs are performed by a third party and their communication is horrible. My bosch dishwasher stopped working at 17 months, the repairman said it was beyond economical repair and they would replace it. It took one month and over 10 calls getting passed from representative to representative to finally schedule the replacement. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan, they now said after the unit is replaced the protection plan is void and I need to purchase a new plan. They decided it was cheaper to replace rather than fix it, now my 5 year protection plan is voided after only 17 months. SCAM!

I totally love cooking meals in the oven and baking desserts, and as much as I totally love my new oven, I purchased the extended warranty to be sure that the oven will be in positive use for many years to come.

Hopefully I don’t need to use the extended warranty from geek squad! Makes me feel better knowing that they will fix it if it breaks!
