These protection plans is really the only reason I buy anything from best buy if you keep the protection plan going you will be able to get a new whatever when your product quits working.

Haven't had to use this service yet. So I cannot comment on it honestly.

I have used Geek Squad for all my purchases at Best Buy and never cease to be amazed by their responsiveness and helpfulness. Well worth the investment and has paid off time and time again!

it is always a great thing to have. Years ago, I used to decline until my $3200 tv broke in 18 months. I feel in love with it after that. I don't always use it,but gives me a sense of security.

The operator did not give me the correct information the first time I called, it was difficult for them to understand what I needed and they kept getting confuse with my two appliances that have the same brand name.

I've used my Geek Squad service on an LG washer and dryer and it saved me more than the cost of the 5-year protection plan for one visit. Highly recommend it for any major appliance purchase.

I didn't get the protection right at purchase, but after deciding I should have it I went back in and they had no problem adding it on for me!

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher that included the protection plan. After installation I received an email that directed me to get the plan details. Upon clicking it, I was unable to access the plan. I then logged on to my Best Buy account online and noticed that no protection plan was shown. I called Best Buy. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone and speaking to 11 different people, I was told that my protection plan was indeed in force, but it couldn't be shown on my online account since my online account was listed under my home phone and my protection plan was listed under cell phone. But the real kicker is that the two profiles cannot be combined. So Best Buy, who claims to be a tech company, can't elctronically combine two profiles simply because of different phone numbers. They told me I should have made sure the telephone number I gave them at the time of purchase agreed with my Best Buy account. I might have done that if they would have told me that at the time of purchase. I wonder what would happen if I changed phone numbers in the future?

Value and quality of service will not be know until a covered product goes bad. Hopefully the service will be as advertised.

It’s a great service to have in your back pocket. Always get this service with most purchases. If ever need, the geek squad is always there to help.

This 3-year Protection plan gave me protection at a reduced' rate. Something you more than likely will not find elsewhere.

The tech was absolutely amazing to say the least!!! I would have given five stars but the time it took for the tech to come out was over a week that’s a long time to go without a stove!

Just had microwave installed. Service tech was really nice. Haven’t used a lot yet, but so far so good and it looks great!
