Wonderful that I purchased this on all my Samsung Kitchen appliances. Had to use the warranty to replace all pieces in my kitchen

this is a great service. just call and make an appointment and appliance will get fixed or replaced.

but if I do, i hope the claim is as smooth as the overall new dishwasher purchase experience went. The warranty was reasonably priced for 5 years, significantly cheaper than at Sears.

This is the first time I have had tech support I actually think is worth the money. They have helped us on issues from large to small.

I love the three rows, adjustable shelves, multiple cycles, oversized silverware tray... It was the right purchase for us.

Got an extended warranty for my LG dishwasher. With all the different features, I thought it was a good idea for this product.

I have had to use this before on another purchase. So glad I spent the extra money. I would have cried if I had to make the purchase all over again for a brand new item.

I like having the peace of mind with the 3 year warranty from Best Buy.

Rating it 4 stars for now. Will update once I receive the needed service that I know will need on my dishwasher.

The agents carefully and cheerfully delivered our new Samsung Refrigerator and removed our old refrigerator.

TO ME PURCHASING PROTECTION PLAN FOR CERTAIN ITEMS IT'S PIECE OF MIND SO I WENT FOR THE LONGER TIME THEY OFFERED ANYTHING I KNOW THEY BE THERE TO TAKE CARE ANY ISSUE REGARDLESS!!!

I haven't had to use this plan yet on my fridge but in the past they have been helpful with my other protection plans

The first fridge they brought out is broken and luckily one of the delivery men recognized that the magnet that keeps the fridge shut and sealed was not only not sticking but also that there was a piece broken off. So I must wait another week with no working fridge. I know I can only give this much of a review on the first brand new one that I got. Hoping the next will be better or its going back too.

Have not had to use the warranty but I feel much at ease knowing I have a 5 year protection plan.

I have to say that I don’t have anything to complain about the protection I have never had a problem with getting in contact with someone or getting the issue resolved

Geek squad is great. Easy to use in the store or on the phone. I would never be without it on any of my products.

I wasn't sure if I wanted a protection plan but ultimately decided to get it. With an item like a dishwasher you kind of don't want to take chances. I hope I never have to use it :)
