absolutely useless. nothing but the run around, I have been on hold for hours and no one can see any notes so I have to start over every time. Had a dishwasher replaced under this supposed "plan" on Feb 23. Its leaking internally so badly that it would have flooded my cabinets had I not had installed a dishwasher tray myself years ago (so any leaks come out the front of the dishwasher - highly recommended by the way) Now I am on the phone with these idits again. They could not find my order, and are telling me they have to send some out to see what the issue is, and cannot set up a return even though I am within 12 days of purchase. The website says I have to call instead, I HATE BEST BUY at this point. Someone said- it's brand new, so we can send someone out to redo the installation. ITS NOT LEAKING AT ANYTHING THE INSTALLLER CONNECTED. It's a defective unit that I WANT REPLACED. Now they are telling me since they already set up a return and this is a replacement, they cannot let me return a DEFECTIVE dishwasher that I bought less than 2 weeks ago. I will am going to dispute with my credit card.

..........I figured that it's better to be safe than sorry . I would recommend buying the extended warranty on any high end electronic , or appliances

Glad to have this as a point of security measures. Hope I will not need it. Great addition to my purchase at a great price.

If your investing a good amount of money on an appliance. I think it’s worth buying this add on as it’s cheap in price and appliance parts can be costly.

Haven’t used yet hope I don’t have to but it’sa shamed you have to purchase additional warranties. Pricey

I don’t anticipate problems with this new Samsung range, but better safe than sorry if something goes wrong!

Reasonable protection plan for a reasonable price. I had a refrigerated under the a plan many moons ago. They scheduled me in for the next day and had it repair quickly.

Great extra warranty coverage. Never had a problem using geek squad. They cover things not covered under normal warranty. Good piece if mind for a product purchases.
