Geek squad is always good for protection plans. Definitely better than square tarde.

Great piece of mind and security for my purchase….

I was supposed to get an exchange for my microwave but the lack of communication was horrible. I was told completely different things after they attempted to deliver my microwave and was informed they would not take down my old non working microwave and would have to pay them to install my new one because they could not fix it and I paid for the 5 year warranty on it.

The agents are always there whenever you have question about your products and warranty

Service people did a good and made the units all work the first time

Best Buy's protection plans are always not expensive and they cover everything, well worth it

On anything that we buy at Best Buy we use the geek squad as I added protection
