    Very frustrated. I just had my 4th visit and I am now going to be scheduling the 5th visit to get my dishwasher fixed. Each visit has required me or my wife to take off or rearrange our schedule. Lowes would’ve had it fixed by now and I will be purchasing from them or somewhere else going forward. I probably won’t be contacted but it would be nice to hear from someone who cares.

    The agent in the philippines took over an hour to schedule a dishwasher repair. First she stated she could not replace the dishwasher, then she could not find the 5 year repair purchase, then she could not schedule the repair for another 2 to 3 weeks. OMG - can't we get this done locally...its pain and suffering to go thru Manilla for BEST BUY Geek Squad.

    I am thankful for having Geek Squad to help fix my washing machine. The trouble is that when the repair person comes, they say the washing machine is fine, but 3/10 washes our Whirlpool washing machine does not drain properly. We have been visited by Geek Squad 3 times and have had the pump replaced but continue to experience the inconsistent drainage.
