Love the simplicity of this frig. The only thing I am not crazy about is that the ice cube shoot gets jammed and we need to remove and empty the ice container and use a hairdryer to melt the frozen surrounding ice in the shoot.

Our dishwasher was replaced through this warranty. No issues.

Love having a protectin plan on my appliances. It saves a lot of money.

Bought a floor model dishwasher that wasn't going to be put into use for several months so I wanted the protection of the extended warranty in case there was a problem. So far the dishwasher is working great so I can not speak for how the protection works but it worked well to put my mind at ease.

Not as silent as quoted.I expected it to be little more quite

Got 5 year protection cause I know the oven heat will create problems with the digital control panel at some point.

Thank god i purchased this extended warranty as we have needed it 3 or 4 times in the almost 5 years we have owned the appliance. Stay away from Samsung.

Was able to get rid of my inferior whirlpool range .. Unrepairable and get my beautiful Samsung range

This is a must have. Peace of mind knowing that if anything happens you’ll be covered is worth the investment.

I had to get this. My last appliance from best buy broke right after the manufacturer warantee expired so I had to buy a new one. This will hopefully protect me longer.

Geek Squad delivered my frig and set it all up and have the extended warranty which is a given now day's the way things are made, I know to many that didn't do it and spent half of what they paid to get it fixed.

With the way modern appliance could have anything go wrong due to packing so much “convenience” in technology, we figured might as well get extended coverage for such an expensive dishwasher.

The service response is spotty. Trying for days to get someone to check out a faulty fan on my new microwave. It seems the only definite thing is that it gets your foot in the door for service.

This appliance is for a rental property We always make it a habit to purchase extended protection for all appliances in rental properties, as it makes life easier for us and for our tenants too.

From what I read Geek squad offer great service and knowledgeable about the new tech.

My Open boxed microwave died within a month or so or getting it. Geek squad came out, determined it needed a new panel. They returned with a new one a week or so later. They did not reinstall the microwave properly, causing a large dent in the top and now the whole Micrwave is falling apart. Due to COVID, no one is coming in to fix it. I'm afraid it's going to fall and crash into my new stove (which I bought from Best Buy as well). No answer from management regarding this issue. I also can't upload the photos showing the damage that is happening. Your site won't let it upload them. I'm not answering the recommendation section because it could be this one time. I'd like to see it rectified.
