How many how do use this service but it covers me pass the Standard warranty. Unfortunately products these days do not last as long as they used to so to me it’s worth the value

It is great to have the 5 year warranty since when you are spending a large amount of money, especially on a double oven to make sure everything works great. It always seems when something goes wrong it is always after the generic 1 year warranty. A good to have to have ease of mind.

Best Buy has always stood behind their extended warranties and we have had iPhones, TV's, Tablets and more fixed or replaced with their warranties, so we got the 5 year plan and I'm sure we will get our money's worth in 5 years.

Best Buy one of the best warranties in the market. I don't always buy them, but rarely pass up on my Best Buy purchases.

Extended coverage for my new Maytag Dishwasher. I hope to never need it, but if I do I have the piece of mind that it will cost me less to repair or replace in the first 3 years of ownership.

Geek squad always helps with every call and is easy to work with

Installed dishwasher and refrigerator and we purchased the extended for the small extra. This plan van be used on more than what you bought who couldnt use that kinda "coverage"...

The repairs are performed by a third party and their communication is horrible. My bosch dishwasher stopped working at 17 months, the repairman said it was beyond economical repair and they would replace it. It took one month and over 10 calls getting passed from representative to representative to finally schedule the replacement. I had purchased a 5 year protection plan, they now said after the unit is replaced the protection plan is void and I need to purchase a new plan. They decided it was cheaper to replace rather than fix it, now my 5 year protection plan is voided after only 17 months. SCAM!

Totally recommend getting the 5 yr warranty on all your major appliances! I went without on one of my earlier appliance purchases and went through an ordeal to get it fixed!!

I hope never need to use it for my recent purchase (VR goggles), but My experience with BB additional protection plan saved me near 3k when my TV went belly up. So if I invest good money I always get the protection plan.

Great protection. It's working perfectly. We love it.

Hope not to use it, but glad to get it knowing that it covers my expensive dishwasher for just about any claim!!
