Gabreal and Fredy did excellent job installing dishwasher. They arrived at stated time, removed and hauled away old dishwasher, and got new dishwasher ready for use, even putting in jet dry rinse aid. Installations are more labor consuming than they used to be and we couldn't have done this ourselves without a lot of time and frustration.

Our dishwasher’s top rock became loose after a small piece broke after a few years. We called GS and Chuck came over to take a look and ordered the necessary parts, which was more than the small part that fell off. Within a week we had our dishwasher up and running like new. We use our dishwasher a lot, so having it get fixed this quickly and painlessly was worth every penny we paid for the extra service plan!!

Having had a few dishwashers break on us we decided to again purchase extended protection for this purchase. The last dishwasher had the main panel go out twice and had we not had extended coverage would have been into several hundreds of dollars of repair costs. This unit was purchased during a labor day sale and made it more affordable to purchase the extended coverage plan.

Absolutely great, highly recommend getting the extended warranty on large appliances. I had to call about a repair on my washer that was four years old and my experience was great!

The Geek Squad protection plan was very worthwhile. We use our dishwasher several times a day. It needed to be repaired a number of times over the coverage period and the Geek Squad always repaired it effectively and efficiently. Finally, this dishwasher needed to be replaced while still under the Geek Squad coverage period and we received a store credit to buy a new dishwasher. Overall, the Geek Squad protection plan is a very fair and economical way to ensure that a vital appliance is in good working order.

I had been having a bad day dealing with Home Depot and with getting things squared away with TTS and discount earned by having the Best Buy card. I was lucky enough to get Jessica as the associate to help me. She was such a delight and she worked with me, guiding me through the set up and purchase of item online. I told her I appreciate her patience and she said "that is all right Mr. Keller, I love helping you." She made an old man feel good. Thank you Jessica. And she was really dedicated to getting answers for me.

The agent took my return dishwasher out and installed my new one for me. Then figured out why my dishwasher wasn't draining. It would not drain because there was a small object inside my garbage disposal. Once he took the object out the dishwasher started draining. I never would have known why if it was for the agent.

I have not used it yet but I am glad I had an opportunity to have protection plan.

It was very simple to use my warranty for my microwave. After setting up an appointment with Geek squad, an associate came to my home. He evaluated my microwave, saw the issue, and put in a claim to have it replaced. It only took a week for a technician to come out and install a brand new microwave. I was very impressed with the entire experience!

Seemed like a good idea as hopefully if anything is going to break it should happen soonish. Steep learning curve in how the cooktop works.

BestBuy has a professional Team for Installation and they did a great job with all my Installations. There protection plan is a gem because they really take care of their customers. I would recommend this to everyone. I would never think anyone other than Best Buy specially for appliance purchases. Very good service and trouble free installation. Thank you Best Buy we love you. We like your guys dressed up professionally and courteous with their customer centric attitude. I am a big fan of Best Buy total tech support and plan to keep it every year.

Works perfectly. Very happy with the choice. The options this product has was everything I needed. Air fry works well and happy with the two over option.

I loved it but it isn’t zero clearance and I had to order one that took forever to get For those buying this microwave it isn’t zero clearance door, so if you have cabinets on both sides good luck.

So far so good with the product. Have not needed to use The Geek Squad but it's good to know they are there.

Great value on a 5 year no questions asked warranty that is about half the cost of the manufacturer's warranties, and includes in home repair/replacement if necessary!

Always get on major appliances. Sometimes i have not had to use it but i have also had occasions on other appliances over the years. The service and coverage has always been exceptional and i like the peace of mind given that if a single repair is needed (out of warranty - or even within) it covers parts and labor and a single repair more than covers the cost if i didn't have. I have never been disappointed with Best Buy service and protection in the 20+ years i have purchased appliances / TVs from Best Buy.

Normally I don’t purchase extended warranties but in this case I did. The reviews I read about ALL BRANDS of dishwashers suggested the durability and quality went way down hill. My previous Bosch lasted 19 years. I don’t expect this unit to last that long and no knock on it intended. It just the way things are today. So I got the extension hoping to help it last longer.
