It’s ok if you don’t want to use a pan larger than 6”. The burners don’t heat evenly. It was a massive mistake buying this. It looks beautiful (although the exhaust leaves stains on the wall) but functionally it’s terrrible. Glad I got a warranty it’s been used for maybe 9 months and the oven is broken already.

I purchased this 5 year plan on my refrigerator but have not had to use it yet.

Disappointed that all Geek Squad service providers are outsourced and not from the store. Very inconvenient. Increases wait time for the customer. Hope it's worth the money I paid for it.

I was supposed to get an exchange for my microwave but the lack of communication was horrible. I was told completely different things after they attempted to deliver my microwave and was informed they would not take down my old non working microwave and would have to pay them to install my new one because they could not fix it and I paid for the 5 year warranty on it.

A good warranty for piece of mind in case something covered by it goes wrong.

Now , im confident that i can get my microwave repaired anytime without paying up front .
