Must wait to see how much I like the guarantee. Nothing broke down so far. I'll know how the service is if I find a need to utilize it. Geek has not installed anything at my house for about 10 years. When they mounted a big-screen television, they did a good job, but that was a decade ago. Since then, I've purchased extended warranties on a couple of appliance items.

Bought this protection plan when I purchased a refrigerator. Have not had to use it yet.

I placed an order over the phone with a Best Buy agent. He told me about the 3 year Geek Squad plan and I added it to my purchase. He knew from viewing my account I already had 2 year with my Best Buy Total membership. He didn't tell the 3 year plan started at the same time as my 2 year. Essentially, it was a waste of money.

Geek squad !! They respond quickly and are diligent.

Can’t beat this warranty, no hassle and very prompt. My SAMSUNG dishwasher was 5 yrs old and just stopped working. They actually gave me the full amount that I paid and I could pick out any brand and just pay the difference. They said it was to costly to fix the dishwasher

I will always recommend that people get this. There are a lot of ways to protect your investment and this is one of them. It is definitely frustrating that you may need this, but you will be more frustrated if you didn't purchase it when/if something goes wrong after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

Works great, looks nice but not exactly fingerprint proof. A couple of small dents with delivery but they hooked it up and helped me drill a bigger home for the waterline!

We bought the warranty just in case. We did use it and the service was professional and quick to respond.
