Fabulous glass top stove. Delivered and installed by Best Buy. We have enjoyed it and it cooks great. I love the count down to the set temperature. I have no complaints and it has not gad any problems at all.

Geek Squad warranty has always been worth it and always gives piece of mind

I have purchased Geek Squad Protection in the past and continue to do so on larger items. I have had to use it on occasion in the past . I know I had 100% coverage and do not have to worry about repair bills or replacing an item before it has attained it's normal expected useful life and be replaced.

Well, I just got the micro oven. I hope everything works from now to 5 Years. I got the protection coverage of 5yrs just in case. If something happens, I will update my comments

After 9 appointments, my dishwasher is still not working. First agent ghosted us, and the second crew was unable to fix the appliance as they never handled it before (E15 code on a Bosh dishwasher, leaking below). Apparently, it is a try and error approach, so after 9 appointments (and three parts delivered to my place), we still don't have the dishwasher working. By the way, the "window" they give you for each appointment is 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., and good luck if you get a courtesy call ahead of the appointment (like hey, I will be there in 20 minutes, which has been my experience with similar extended warranty services). If you buy extended warranty for your new appliances, and nowadays almost of us do it because they will break year 2-3 for sure, avoid Best Buy/Geek Squad combo at all cost and go someplace else - I learned my lesson the hard way.

Never had issues when it comes to repairs. I'd like to see partial refund if claim is never made.

Beautiful looking BUT as many others have posted, died after 18 months. What a pain, my little cheapy microwaves lasted for years. Forget repairing unless you bought the warranty.

Bought a kitchen aid dishwasher last October with Geek squad protection. Dishwasher control panel died in 2 months. Called Geek squad and was told first year warranty will be covered my manufacturer(Which they did not disclose when i bought the dishwasher). Since then control panel died more than 6 times. When we were done with first year , control panel died again. Called Geek squad to do 2 things - schedule a repair and asked for a replacement. Repair was scheduled on friday afternoon between 12 and noon only to receive a text at 12.30 pm from repair company the repair is rescheduled 2 weeks after the original date. Called geek squad and after 2 hour on the phone was told someone will call me in one to 2 Business days. No one called. So called them again today only to learn that whoever entered the repair serviced used an incorrect code. As far as the replacement goes Best buy does not consider the repairs under manufacturer warranty as repairs. You have to have atleast 3 similar repairs before they will think of replacement. No one tells you this when you spend your hard earned cash for extra piece of mind. Never buying with best buy again.
