The Geek Squad will always have your back in times of trouble, unlike my ex who betrayed my trust.

I have had so-so experience with Geek Squad in the past with cell phones, but since this is covering an item not under contract, I expect that I will have far better experiences with it is needed. So far, so good.

I got this service to make sure if I ever have an issue with my appliance that it would be covered. It was not very expensive and covers 5 years.

The extended service protection offered through Best Buy is a great deal. I had searched around at other big box retailers and Best Buy by the fire offered most bang for your buck.i've been very pleased with the service from Best Buy

Would never buy anything at BB without getting GSP! The way products are made now a days, it's nice to have peace of mind that GSP is a phone call away!

Protect your products! I buy warranties for all my more expensive items. I’ve used the warranty in the past and never had issues with it

I always buy extended warranty as a precaution. I haven't used, so I can't rate it.

Sometimes I feel like these services are a rip off, but the last few appliances that I bought have failed within 2-3 years and I was glad that I had this protection.

Extended warranty is always a question of whether to purchase or not. We have started adding the warranty and have use it more than once on our appliances.

Poor quality. Knobs broke off and stainless steal started to peel. Samsung will not be of help unless you pay over $200 just to tell you it needs repair . Po

Your rates are a little to high for regular people out there trying to live.

Hope not to need the protection, but feel good about getting it.

happy to know that we have peace of mind on this appliance- just 1 breakdown or potential problem is covered. All new appliances are prone to operator error and various issues ( although I do not expect any)

Always purchase an extended warranty when purchasing a high dollar electrical item, ie... TV, Stereo Components, High End Speakers and Appliances.
