I didn't get the protection right at purchase, but after deciding I should have it I went back in and they had no problem adding it on for me!

they are great in a pinch once they realized that they could not help they immediately refunded me the money I would recommend

Having the extra protection on my appliance was a must and the price was very affordable.

The gas range protection plan I purchased was not covered in Massachusetts.once I needed a repair I became aware only G.E. Covered it .I had to cancel my protection plan through Bestbuy and purchase it threw G.E.

It's fine, I imagine. It was a reasonable price. However I am hoping I won't need to use it

I'm not sure yet if paying extra would benefit yet for the total protection. I should have stuck with just extended coverage so I know what I have.

We havent had to use this yet and hopefully wont. We dont typically get a warranty but home appliances tend to have more issues than other items we buy.

Good price for the coverage and Best Buy associates were very helpful.
