    ! was at the Norwalk store and it was very late and the guy signed me up for the total membership for 179.99. I never get this membership... so now I cant get to pay after the 2nd yr 288.00 per year for this great great membership instead of the geek squad for 250.00 thanks best buy for screwing me over!! you just make me SMILE!!! never again

    Dishwasher

    Bought the Dishwasher, install kit, and had it "Professionally" installed. The dishwasher was never properly installed but was able to be used. Apparently it "wallowed" out the installation compartment and stopped working. Contacted Geek Squad because I had also purchased the 5 year plan and NO GO !! NO REPAIR !!

    Broke after just under a year of use.

    Sadly, we bought this for a rental house where I remodeled the entire kitchen. My tenants moved in 6/26/20 - last week, just one week shy of using it a year, it stopped heating. I've reviewed the instructions, and had an electrician/handyman work on it. He determined the fan was not working. So now I'm looking for a new one. Also, as another customer reported, the inside of the clear window is not glass. I wiped it with a wet paper towel, and it made me nervous that it would scratch. Don't buy it. Not sturdy product.

    Bought this LG and the oven never ever baked at the temperature set, either 50 too hot or too cold. We kept trying to get it fixed, but the service people, tried as they did, replacing almost all the electronics, never could fix it. We had an extended warranty, but they did nothing. So we finally gave the stove away and bought a GE Induction Range, top model, works perfectly. The LG was. Lemon, Bestbuy were less than helpful, warranty was worthless, wasted many hours. I’d give all these a minus stars.

    No Show Delivery and Installation 3x

    I purchased a LG Quad Wash Wifi dishwasher ($1K) plus installation and haul away (another $250). 1st appointment: no show scheduled delivery/installation 2nd appointment: window 11:30am to 3:30pm - calls at 7:12pm but security gate won't allow deliveries after 6pm 3rd appointment: window 11:30am to 4:30pm - no show Pacific Express is the contractor for Best Buy. Their office closes at 4pm and no follow ups. Called Best Buy - nice reps but can't do anything since the Pacific Express offices closes at 4pm. Best Buy needs to find a new delivery/install partner.

    Dead on arrival i would avoid this

    Unit arrived dead on arival. All cooktops didnt work and the display wasnt working correctly. The stove lock also makes strange noises and the control buttons werent working properly. It also took 2+ weeks to deliver the defective unit. Trying to get a hold of bestbuy support is very difficult they keep telling you to wait and call back tomorrow. Meanwhile we have no stove for an unknown amout of weeks again...

    Website for Extended Warranty

    When I select the additional information option, it reply states: cannot open the page. This happens over several days. I purchased a new dishwasher therefore, have interest in an extended warranty. If you are not able to observe and correct the website, how can customers be assured their products will garner attention from you? Now when trying to post this observation, I am being directed to use a minimum of 50 caricatures before posting. How designed this crap! What is the purpose of 50 words to post? It still won’t let me post!

    I bought all new Kitchenaid appliances all with geek squad protection and have had an issue with two of them. One was the stove top and the other the double wall oven. For the oven they flat out told me they couldn't help me and to call kichenaid. Now for the double oven they've sent out a technician twice and they just say they can 't fix it. I'm on my third appointment. plus they don't have accurate records of the calls or appointments! very frustrating and i've been without my oven for weeks!

    Repairman has been here four times and did not fix the problem. He said he would check on replacement and call back. That was over a week ago with no attempts to contact me

    worst experience i ever had with any company, i'm on my 4th appointment schedule to get a microwave delivered and installed. No call no show and I have to follow up with them to see whats going on. Get your appliance from them great but dont bother with the services they provide, go elsewhere even if you pay a few dollars more its worth it compared to the headache of simply trying to get a microwave replaced.

    INSTALLATION SERVICES LAXY TO EVEN DESCRIBE WHAT WAS NEEDED TO PURCHASE FOR INSTALLATION(ACCESSORY DETAILS. NO GOOD ONLINE CHAT SUPPORT. STORE GUY CUPPORT WAS DISMISSIVE AND ARRONGANT. HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND RETURN.

    After coming to my house first they stated that I didn't have a plan once they found the plan told me that the plan was voided because I had to clean the stove out first.

    Worst Service Ever

    BestBuy canceled delivery twice and it took three weeks from purchase to get the dishwasher. I really cannot recommend buying any home appliance from BestBuy, worst service ever. Home Dept had the same item in stock with same week delivery. Do not buy without checking delivery calendar. Horrible service. Every agent I spoke to said "yes its scheduled " when it wasn't.

    Dishwasher stopped working in 9months. Worst customer experience ever. I am still having hard time reaching the customer support. I have spend several hours on the call with no luck in talking to real person.

    Best Buy doesn’t know how to install a dishwasher.

    I purchased this dishwasher. Best buy did their test run to make sure it didn’t leak and left. There is now water sitting in the dishwasher and I am being told I have to callback tomorrow. The dishwasher might be great but the install and customer service sucks.

    Piece of junk. Did not work from Day 1. Would not even turn on. Wish I'd known about Samsung's bad rep for kitchen appliances before I bought this rock. Took three months to get a refund from Samsung. NEVER again. Stay away!

    Horrible customer service. I have been told twice now the day before the products will all be delivered and the show up with only one item. Then they can't even install as promised. Wouldn't connect dishwasher when paid for installation.
