I didn’t have geek squad install the TV yet because I am still doing painting in the room it will be installed, but I had a very good experience with Troy who was the salesperson I had at the Naples, Florida location. He gave me all the information on various TVs for me to make a decision on which one was best for the price I wanted to spend. Also he matched the price Costco had it advertised for. I did sign up for the additional 5 year warranty.

Glad to know that I have coverage if needed And g a great plan for those who are smart to take advantage of a product that works.

I’m excited knowing that my appliances are covered And hopefully won’t need to use it , but glad to know it’s there if I need it

Great stove for the price. Wish the burners were adjusted in location, since mine meets the wall, sometimes I’d prefer to cook the opposite location.

It gives me peace of mind knowing I am covered by the Geek squad.

Its ok, but i liked my old dishwasher better. The tines are really close together making it hard to load bowls anywhere but the top rack. For plates you load on the bottom bit they roll if you don't load on the back of the lower rack. The lower rack doesn't alow for wide tall things. The cup sprayers are ok but i still whish i had gotten anLG.

I love the Geek Squad. Eric is like family and comes to the house and goes a great job. Well worth the warranty

I am very happy that we decided to purchase the 3 year Geek Squad Protection. They did a wonderful job installing the over the stove microwave. We also had them come out when bought a new remote for our TV & couldn't figure out how to set it up. The Geek Squad came to our home & had it working in minutes. They have also added extra anti virus programs to our computers. When my protection plan expires, I will be sure to renew it!

I always make sure i always get the geek squad protection plans on everything i buy from BESTBUY just because they make it so simple. Almost no questions asked about replacement and no registering the plan to get your product covered.

The geek squad crew were very friendly and professional. I always get a protection plan since appliances aren't built to last as long as they use to and it gives me the peace of mind that if something goes wrong I have professionals that can take care of the problem promptly and properly.

it's always worth paying the extra money for the 5 year warranty

I have not needed to use this service yet. Hopefully I have no problems and never have to use it.

THEY TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX MY STOVE, AND ONE TIME IT EAVEN WORKED FOR 10 MINUTES. SOMETIMES THEY WOULD HAVE PARTS SENT HERE THEN COME GET THE PARTS AND TAKE THEM BACK UNOPENED. BUT DID COME SEVERAL TIMES AND REPLACED THE SAME SWITCH THAT WORKED LIKE THE OLD ONE (NOT AT ALL). I CALLED MANY, MANY TIMES BUT THAT DID NOT WORK EITHER ,GUESS I'M OUT THE COST OF THE FANCY STOVE AND THE COST OF THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTIN PLAN ,BUT A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS AINT NO BIGGIE HUH.

I bought this Geek Squad protection plan because of the good experiences I have had with them on my other electronic devices that had problems way over my capabilities to handle. They have fixed my devices in timely manners; I've learned to trust them. Also they are in-town and convenient to me.

Excelente!! We all in our family love it!! The decor that adds to our kitchen the best!! We r very happy with it!!

The microwave was installed as expected. Had product issues but on 3rd try we got the microwave oven installed, tested, and is operating. I purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty in Feb. '23. I expect that if there are any issues the Best Buy/Geek Squad personnel will be able to correct any issues or failures.

I recommend getting the 3 year support with any appliance.

After waiting for several months for the delivery and installation of our new dishwasher, I was thrilled to know that I could add the protection contract after the dishwasher was installed. No sence in putting it on at the date of purchase and wasting 3-4 months of the contract.
