    I was happyi got the extended warranty because the stove top burner stop working and the geek squad came out quick and installed a new one.

    Wouldnt buy an appliance without it!

    We dont get any of our appliances without this warranty. It has been amazing in the past, they would come out and fix everything, wouldnt buy any appliance without it!

    The protection plan was still on my old stove. I was able to use the purchase amount of old stove to help pay for my new stove.

    The only reason is buy electronics from best is because the Geek Squad service. Always add the protection. They never let u down and they are fast.

    Have only had to use this service once, but it was invaluable. The guy who installed my dishwasher screwed it up and didn't level it, so the dishwasher stopped functioning after about 3 months. Geek Squad came out and had it fixed in less than an hour.

    Has alot of room in it. I love how it lets you know if yhe door is left open. My veggies stay fresher, Just everything about it is awesome!

    Refrigerator Works Well

    THIS REFRIGERATOR WORKS WELL. I love the freezer when you easily lift the handle it breaks the seal and easy to open. Plenty of space for food and easy to configure from the large items to the small ones. I love the freezer space too, lots of room. The water dispenser doesn't take much space from the refrigerator.

    I always purchase Geek Squad protection. The piece of mind that costs pennies a day is so worth it!! And I have been on the Claims end of the process, and it is is very easy and hassle-free to just present the non-working items and receive a new product!

    One of the considerations of purchasing from Best Buy is the Geek Squad warranties. Before my purchase, I inquired with their competitors and ALL of them referred any repairs to a 3rd. Party company. My friend had a purchase with another company and 3rd. party service and now a year later still no satisfaction. The warranty is a great price to ease any concerns of any major repairs.

    I have a Geek Squad 3 yr warranty on a KitchenAid dishwasher i bought 3-yrs back. It broke down during the covide-19 shutdown. I scheduled a repair when it opened on 11-May 11-May, Technician visits and finds the part is broken and re-orders. confirms the drain pump is not working. Says will come back on Friday to fix it New part arrives on 15-May (Fri), no call from the Tech. Kept calling BestBuy, finally after much hassle next visit is scheduled for 18-May 18-May, Technician replaces the part and shows the dishwasher works. That night we put the dishes and next morning find nothing is cleaned. Its not working Call BestBuy and Technician again. he visits again on 20-May 20-May, Technician cannot figure out the issue and wants to replace 2 more parts. I am beyond frustrated. This dishwasher is broken from 3 months. Last 4 weeks i am going back and forth with BestBuy trying to get this repaired and have the technician visit my hour 3 times in almost 3 weeks and still it is not working. I have spent hours on the phone talking to agent after agent, i have been transferred from dept.-to-dept. I demanded an exchange because there is no end to this and I am not ready to allow technician multiple times during this covid-19 crisis and expose myself to further danger. BestBuy says they will not exchange and they will keep trying to fix it. I am almost feeling harassed as they have scheduled the next visit for 4-Jun. What is the purpose of me buying a warranty when they cant fix a issue in 3 visits, have no idea what the issue is and want to troubleshoot further and keep changing parts at random. At this point i have no confidence in either the technician's ability nor this dishwasher which needs so many parts changed in such a short time. I am an elite member of BestBuy and i bought warranty for peace of mind instead this whole situation is causing more pain. I am almost ready to take my business elsewhere as BestBuy cannot address my issue in a timely manner despite me being flexible in allowing them multiple chances to repair the issue. I am only requesting an exchange as reasonable solution to this issue.

    When you go to buy a refrigerator you dont expect much but this exceeded my expectations and is better than any refrigerator ive used before

    warranty's are always good to have even though you already get one with the Manufacturer. with this one best buy takes care of it for you if you have problems
