For the price and the services offered it is definately worth it!

I've leveraged Geek Squad 3 yr protection on multiple appliances. Unfortunately, it just seems that the Manufacturing of units isn't what it use to be and as such the need for peace of mind for a big purchase to not have issues is worth the cost.

Happy to have gotten the Geek Squad extended warranty on the fridge. Had issues with the fridge keeping things cold, Geek Squad came out, recognized the problem, took care of the issue and explained what one can do to prevent future issues.

Although I hope to never use the 5-Year Geek Squad service; however, its nice to know that I can sleep again knowing that if my dishwasher ever takes a turn for the worse, I have a team of Geeks that can almost magically fix my appliance. Sleep well again, sweet prince.

We havent had to use this yet as the product is only one month old and we have not had any issues. I will review in the future if the geek squad is needed.

I normally do not buy the extended warranty. Best Buy does not have the best reputation for honoring the terms. But, I can't buy an item as costly as combo oven/microwave wall unit and not buy the extended warranty. Fingers crossed.

I bought this for my microwave. I'm glad I did because if I have trouble with this unit I can replace it or get a different model or brand and know that best buy no hassle GSP will have me covered. I have been happy with my purchase and have comfort that if it breaks then best buy will be there.

We had a Samsung microwave for 11 months and the surface started peeling NOT covered This microwave i# above our stove, kinda concerning that peelings could fall into food

Service is good, but hopefully I wont need it. Have not had to use it yet

Nice to have the peace of mind of 5yr coverage, especially given the cost of a large appliance.

For large appliances we've had great success using best buy for our warranty. We just had a dryer have a problem and they came out and made the process so easy. They ordered parts and had them shipped to us so they were there when the service technician arrived. We also needed parts for our dishwasher that broke and we were able to get them ordered under warranty no problem.

I had to call out geek squad several times for a stove bought at best buy. The problem I had with stove was a defect in the product and not the fault of best buy but every agent I spoke with and every repair man that I had were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked fast each time to repair my stove.

Definitely recommended when you spend good money on modern appliances with so many features that can fail. I am a believer when a high end German appliance stopped working and Geek Squad took care of the repair completely. Since then I always get their protection when the product is over $1,000.

It's 3 years of protection. I'm hoping to get more protection later but 3 years worth should hold me over for like...3 years then I will need to buy more protection. I don't like being without protection. I am safe.

Has to use this right away. The response was very quick. Although they wanted to just push a replacement rather than try to fix the appliance. My requesting them to look into fixing it was the best decision since it took 4 months and lots of help from the store to get this finally delivered.

We purchased this 5 year Geek Squad protection for our new refrigerator. The refrigerator was quite expensive so we certainly don’t want to have to replace it for a long time. With all of its electronics we just decided to be on the safe side with an extended warranty. Thankfully we haven’t had to use it!

Hopefully I won’t need it, but it’s better to err on the side of caution! Better to have it & not need it, than need it and not have it!

We are so glad we had opted to take out the Geek Squad Protection plan as it has been invaluable in ensuring our warranty needs were met and exceeded.
