I have not used it yet but I think it is worth protecting your investment. Geek squad in my opinion, is something one has to invest in when you make a major investment. I don’t pray anything should happen to my washer but I think it’s worth being protected.

With the appliances now adays having so much technology I thought it was good to buy some added protection. Hope I never need to use them, but if I do I have the protection.

both guys were great with my install. came in, evaluated what needed to be done and before we knew dishwasher was installed.

I had buyer's remorse for not getting part of our Appliance Suite covered by warranty. Went back to the store shortly after install and purchased the warranty for the Complete Appliance Suite. I think it's worth it and with the current shortage of appliances it is even more worthwhile.

I added protection to my microwave a couple days later and customer service was able to help me add it right away very quickly

Getting the Geek Squad Protection offers peace of mind knowing that your product is covered for almost anything. The hope is you don't need to use it, but it nice to know its there if you have to! Its an insurance policy for your product and is reasonably priced.

Had many options to go to, but best buy geeks service is better than the rest. Able to walk into store and ask any questions rather than being put on hold for hours

The installation guys did their job and were pleasant. After they left we realized we had questions about the machine's operation. Never mind, since the soap dispenser has stopped working we will ask any remaining questions about the machine when the warranty person comes.

When we had a problem with an appliance, the first technition to arrive did not fix the problem. The second technition was so knowledgable and knew how to fix the problem instantly. I think Covid-19 is causing problems with enough staff to go around, but the problem was solved and we are well pleased.

Dishwasher works well. But I don’t like the placement for the touch buttons in front. It is too easy to brunch against them and inadvertently turn off and on. Purchase geek squad service, which made sense given high use. Dishwashers today don’t seem to be as robust.

I'm lucky to be very handy in many fields, just not many areas I ever hire someone for help. I chose the Geek Squad option for the five year coverage because it was competitively price and Best Buy is a solid reliable retailer. I enjoy and do a lot of traveling and don't want to return home just to fix stuff if needed, so that's my pass.

I ordered a new suite of Samsung appliances online at BestBuy.com and it couldn't have been easier. They arrived on time and the delivery guys were great. My old kitchen looks new again, thanks to Best Buy! Can't say "thank you" enough!

The service protection is well worth the investment. They repair and replace when necessary. I just wish the turnaround time getting someone when needed was faster.
