Some folks believe that the Geek Squad Protection plan is just another gimmick to get more money from the customer. Its like any insurance. You purchase it hoping never to have to use it.

In my opinion every time you perched electronics stuff, buy insurance for it. Never knowing when you will need it.

I had issues with rust on one of my appliances that was delivered and also with a installation pack for my washer that was not delivered. I got a replacement for my appliance, and a refund for the undelivered washing machine instal pack.

Happy that I got this. Already paid for itself when the dishwasher's control board needed replacement in 2-year-old dishwashwer.

Geek Squad customer service has been great compared to the typical Best Buy customer service call centers.

I have Been very happy with this range. I like the double oven feature, 5 burners with warmer top. Air fryer option comes in very handy. Heats quickly and looks great.

Purchased Geek Squad protection on dishwasher - I normally only purchase for water related appliances. thankfully have not had to use it so far; However, I've generally had very positive experiences with them when I've had to use it with other kitchen/laundry appliances.

I was hesitant to get an extended warranty because of problems that I had with the warranty company that Best Buy previously used, but after the Geek Squad showed up for installation in 2 days and did a great job I called the store and added the warranty because the Geek Squad does the warranty work.

Protecting my purchase. Might not need it, but prefer to have the protection in case anything happens.

Even if you never use it I think it is well worth the peace of mind to have it. With appliances having so many electronics that they are expensive to fix and this takes the worry away

Helped with a problem with the installation which I wish I hadn't had a problem with. Arranged for GE to come to correct a problem which appeared to be a problem with the installation not the product. Customer service was good and friendly by Geek Squad person on the phone.

Never used them but just knowing that I'd something happens to the gift that i bought my mom i know it will be covered and they still cover appliances

It’s expensive fir the extended warranty/gel squad service plan but hopefully if anything should go wrong this repair process will be fool proof. So far I haven’t had to use it luckily. But nice to know it’s there if we need it!

I have had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher installed so far. More appliances on the way. So excited!

Love this product I have zero issues when I need something looked at or repaired

We haven’t had a need to use the geek squad for anything at this point, but every purchase that we make, we usually buy an additional warranty which includes any repairs.

This is the must have for major appliance and have the warranty that works for 5 years. Comparing the rate from other online firms, the cost from Best Buy was very competitive.

Geek squad always knows what to do. I highly recommend getting GeekSquad.
