Had this for 3 yrs now and we never had a single problem with it. I dont usually use the tablet screen but the kids loves playing with it. We play music and use it for Ring. Great stuff.

Geek Squad had always worked well for me, until my purchase of a TV antenna they installed for me. I get better reception on my bedroom TV with an Antenna I bought at Walmart & installed myself, I can hardly get any reception with the antenna they installed & it cost me $199 for the antenna & $199 to have Geek Squad install it.

Appliances always seem to breakdown after some extended time of use. I bought this to ensure that my dishwasher had a repair option just in case it broke after the manufacturer warranty. I recommend geek squad for all new appliances.

A must have for anything over $200 value. They are always professional, we have used the service many times.

Even though this microwave came with a 2 year warranty it was worth adding additional warranties to the way all products are built these days.

the dishwasher was not installed by the delivery team they said I needed a air gap in my counter top I said I would not cut into my quartz top but had a under counter gap and they left me hanging and would not install 3 stars because they got it in my house

Wouldn't be without this warranty. Saved me money in the long run, would have had to buy or repair 2 yr old microwave panel and would have been very expensive. Was installed quickly. once issue was settled that item was too expensive to repair.

Even though this microwave came with a two year warranty, It was worth adding an extended warranty due to the way all these products arebuild

Geek Squad warranty is great extra to have. Especially for a large/major purchase. Process was easy and best buy makes it even easier when needed.
