Worst customer service. Set up 4 different appointmets and each got cancelled day of appoitment. Only to be told they don't service our area. Keep getting run around been 6 months trying to get this resolved.

Paired this with my dishwasher purchase. Looking forward to utilizing if need to.

One of the noisiest refrigerators we have ever owned. We bought it used, and it was a good price. It was reconditioned for resell, not reconditioned well enough. We want to buy a gas stove in the future, but we are unsure if the quality will be there.

Geek Squad warranty is great extra to have. Especially for a large/major purchase. Process was easy and best buy makes it even easier when needed.

I bought it because I had a credit for getting a Best Buy credit card. The electronic ignition on the ranges that I buy normally broke before 5 years so I thought I might as well get the extra warranty. They were very helpful in buying it.

We are very pleased with this range. We bought this to replace a much more expensive range, we are pleased with the oven's quick preheating.

The agents were quickly able to resolve my issues without an extensive or long process.

I have had to use the Geek Squad several times with my different devices and have always been pleased with their friendly efficient service. They are happy to help solve problems as well as explain how to use my devices if I get stumped. In store customer service is as good as over the phone.

I was looking at other places to buy appliances, and Best Buy seemed to have the best value for their warranties. I like that you don't have to pay for a service fee, it too is covered.

5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection gives me the peace of mind needed for service should our appliances have issue especially since they are harder to find and or repair during covid lacking product availability.

Haven't used the service yet and hope I don't need to but it's good to know it's there if I need it.

I would not buy an appliance without it, i have had them out, fixed items. Never cost a cent

In today’s world most appliances and electronics don’t last. I buy a warranty with all the products I buy. I’ve used warranties on better than 50% of the products and had new ones provided when the products were not repairable.

Hopefully I won't need to use the warranty but if I do, I hope they will provide a great service. Since we will use the dishwasher almost everyday, buying the 5 yr warranty is a must. It provides a peace of mind that if it ever needs a repair or replacement, we can just call the Geek Squad to take care of it.

Always important for a warranty on an appliance. It’s reliable when needed.
