I always buy insurance for expensive stuff at Best Buy because there isn't any trouble to exchange our defective merchandise in the event that I need to do so. Best buy has not let me down in over 10 years that I am a customer.

I love the ice maker because it gives you crushed ice like Sonic does. You have a lot of fridge space and freezer space

Always worth buying, not like the cheap and worthless SquareTrade! I've never had an issue with Geek Squad protection, they will replace if bad. I've thrown money away on SquareTrade... never replace, always a run-around until you give up.... you get what you pay for!

It is great to have the 5 year warranty since when you are spending a large amount of money, especially on a double oven to make sure everything works great. It always seems when something goes wrong it is always after the generic 1 year warranty. A good to have to have ease of mind.

Best Buy has always stood behind their extended warranties and we have had iPhones, TV's, Tablets and more fixed or replaced with their warranties, so we got the 5 year plan and I'm sure we will get our money's worth in 5 years.

We got the extended service plan with our refrigerator, as extra protection. Geek squad has always taken care of us if there has been a problem, so we always get a protection plan with our items.

I am hoping that I don't have to use it but having this type of coverage is a peace of mind

added to my new dishwasher in case of problems hoping i never have to use them

I haven’t used the protection plan as of yet. But every appliance I own has it on their. Best Buy’s plans are great on price.

When the ovens on my less than one year old GE café range stop working, the agents were able to diagnose the problem over the phone, get the part,It installed within days of the part arriving.

Bought this plan for my dishwasher. When it needed repair on a couple different parts, they had a new one delivered and installed by the technician. It was worth the cost and peace of mind it provided.

Got 5 year protection cause I know the oven heat will create problems with the digital control panel at some point.

The Geek Squad has kept our home computer functional. No matter what the difficulty is, they stick with me to get it resolved. Just today they helped me solve a problem we are experiencing with our TV and Roku. Who would have thought? We will renew for another year of service.

Obviously haven’t had to use but trust that this extended warranty will cover problems if needed!
