Very nice young man came to talk about Alexa / Echo. Also we were discussing whether I could use a sound system that past owners had left. If I had more questions, he said to call him.

The installers connected my new wall oven to a junction box with no issues.

We got the extended plan because the last dishwasher did not last, was expensive and got a big run around trying to get it looked at. It was a different brand than this one.

Glad I bought the 5 year protection. The over the range microwave cracked and Best Buy is replacing it for free. The microwave still works but a big piece of the microwave cracked and came off.

Geek Squad is good to have Incase something goes wrong with one of your appliances. They will send someone out to repair it. I would recommend buying this as an extra backup.

Our apartment came with a GE refrigerator. Having the LG model is the equivalent of taking off a tight shoe and learning how a good appliance functions - head over heels of the GE.

Geeks are AWESOME at the job they do. So far, the Geeks who have helped me are : Covid - 19 safe and appropriate, friendly, proficient, knowledgeable, easy to understand and very efficient.

I rarely buy protection plans from other stores, but I don't hesitate to purchase it from Best Buy. They have the best prices and the coverage is excellent. If you ever need to use it, it is very easy to process a claim and the service is performed quickly.

Hope not to use it, but glad to get it knowing that it covers my expensive dishwasher for just about any claim!!

Added protection incase you ever need it. Last range (Whirlpool) we had the control board went out 2 months after the on year warranty went out and they wanted over $500.00 to replace it!

It’s expensive but hopefully if anything should go wrong this repair process will be fool proof. So far I haven’t had to use it luckily. But nice to know it’s there if we need it!

Love that my appliance is covered for 5 years. Needed to use it the 1st year. Microwave was still covered under the manufacturer warranty, however, the Geek Squad comes out to make the evaluation. They do all the paperwork which makes things so much more simple.
