I purchased this since my existing model - Kenmore Elite - died in about 3 years and repair was too expensive. Can't tell if the 5 year warrantee will work until the microwave's warranty expires.

I love how spacious the inside is and the convince of the freezer, the ice maker is also perfect.

This is awesome I would recommend anybody and everybody to use this geek squad for repairs because as soon as I needed help they were here literally the next day

Love it. Works efficiently. Ice maker and water dispenser are easy access no more ice trays

I purchased the 3-year warranty for my new gas range I hope that I never have to use it but it leaves a piece of mind if anything goes wrong in the first 3 years.

This is an important add on to insure that the product(dishwasher) will perform as it should and IMO is well worth it.

The service response is spotty. Trying for days to get someone to check out a faulty fan on my new microwave. It seems the only definite thing is that it gets your foot in the door for service.

Have never had to use the protection but people who have are well satisfied - cost for 5 yrs reasonable fit peace of mind

We purchased the protection plan as a safety net. Hopefully we don't need it but, it's nice knowing it's there if we do. It'd be nice to be able to get at least a partial refund if we don't have to use it at all.

GREAT YEAR PLAN FOR ME TO UTITIZE IF MY STOVE EVER GOES OUT. BUT HOPEFULLY IT WILL NOT AND IF IT DOES THIS 3 YEAR WARRANTY WILL ALLOW ME TO FEEL AT EASE AND PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE.

I choose geek squad coverage because they have their own team of technicians. I had a small issue with the refrigerator I purchased at Best Buy and called geek squad. The issue was handled quickly and correctly. Much better than relying on LG.

They did a great job setting up my stove and making sure that it was even on all sides.

I received a confirmation email with all of my details shortly after delivery, seems to include what I had expected. Not yet needed, unable to comment on the actual process at this time.

Purchased this 5 year protection program JUST IN CASE. So far its untested.

In just one phone call, they fixed my concern without any hassles. When they found out that my tv is beyond repair, they replaced it with a better one in a matter or 2 days. I would always and will patronize the geek squad services.
