Geek squad was 2 men who were both professional and friendly

I never buy a major appliance without the extended warranty. My last dishwasher had over 6 service calls. Hopefully geek squad is as good as the one I had with NFM.

With the Geek Squad we can always be sure that we would be cover.

Over the years I've needed to take advantage of the Geek Squad warranty. Fully satisfied each time. I just purchased $2,000.00 worth of appliances from Best Buy INSTEAD of Lowe's or Home Depot specifically for their excellent warranty service.

They made certain we were happy with our product. They noticed the dent on the second dishwasher and promptly took it back so we could get another. They were very friendly and courteous as well.

I bought this protection plan for a pricey microwave we got. The microwave is still functioning, so I haven't used this plan. On the one hand, I suppose I hope never to use it at all, in which case it would have been totally overpriced for me. On the other hand, maybe the microwave will go on the fritz in less than 5 years (like the previous one I had did) and I'll get a new replacement before this expires. If that happens, this will be a wise investment indeed. It's just another form of insurance and like any insurance, you hate to pay for it but are glad you have it when you need it.

Great refrigerator has alot of space much more than my old one

We had an issue already with the microwave door peeling. We are glad to have the coverage as they replaced the door at no additional charge.

This is a great fridge. The kids love the crushed ice. We love the room.

I never buy anything from best buy without their protection plans, makes everything so easy to deal with in the event that you are past the manufacturer's warranty....and trust me, it happens on the devices you least expect it to happen lol
