Dont but an appliance without it. Its far cheaper than paying someone to fix it.

Have not had to use their services but it feels good to know they will take care of me.

Really happy, even surprised, at the quality of personal service THE GEEK SQUAD provides. I only hope the level of service and performance, particularly in the home is continued. The personnel seem to be very happy to extend every courtesy.

We purchased our new fridge over two years ago. Can't believe it's been two years. Geek SQUAD installed it perfectly. On time and informative. We tried another company before Bestbuy and they sucked and we got our money back and turned to Bestbuy for our appliances for the first time. Geek SQUAD and Bestbuy treat you like you want to be treated. Professionally.

Great value and service. I purchased an oven and got this warranty. At the time I was skeptical of the warranty. Flash forward to a few months and the oven breaks. I was able to access the warranty through the bestbuy website and get a service appointment. The tech came out fixed the problem no questions asked, not hidden charges, no limitations. Well worth the money.

Works great, looks nice but not exactly fingerprint proof. A couple of small dents with delivery but they hooked it up and helped me drill a bigger home for the waterline!

The repair man came out to fix it. Replace 3 items. Still didn't work. He ordered and replaced 1 more thing. Right then he set me up to get a new one. The whole process from when the old one broke and the new one was delivered and i installed it took about a week and 2 days. Not bad at all. Everyone was fantastic and I'm very happy i got the extended warranty.

I have always relied on the extended warranty for a large purchase from Best Buy

Purchased a 5 year protection plan which I understand should cover any problems which may arise. Price was very competitive. Only wish I could extend the plan once the 5 year plan is up like I used to when I purchased all my appliances from Sears for the past 33 years. Unfortunately, Sears is going down the tubes big time and I feel Best Buy is my best alternative at this time.

Value for peace of mind. Always buy a warranty. The few dollars it costs saves hundreds on headaches that can arise from minor manufacturer defects and the occasional accident.

The cost of extended warranty from Geeksquad is a great level of comfort and when things go wrong it more than pays for itself.

Definitely get the warranty on a dishwasher regardless of the price. Dishwashers breakdown easily. Worth the extra cost.

Appliances are a major investment and a significant inconvenience if they stop working. I personally always get a plan to be sure I am covered and have a remedy solution when something goes wrong.

The new fiberoptics and wifi and computer system i recently purchased was not set to my network causing delay and a ton of frustration. GEEK SQUAD solved all our problems.

Absolutely amazing stove. Had it for a year now . I’m in love with the air fryer mode. The WiFi is also amazing, I can leave my house and still see my stove is on or off from my phone.

The Geek Squad were so professional & took the time to explain certain features, etc. I am so glad I took out this protection. They installed it with no problems at all. They definitely were trained well & knew what they were doing as well as being very familiar with the products they were delivering & installing. I highly recommend this service.

I have been purchasing the extended protection for several years when I purchase an appliance. I had a washing machine that was under this protection plan. The technician came out and told me it could not be repaired. I thought that I would be out of pocket, but to my surprise I was told to go to a Best Buy and pick out a comparable washer. Needless to say I purchased the protection plan.

Having a Smart phone hasn't made me smarter. But the Geek Squad protection plan, definitely makes me comfortable-knowing they're always willing to help me. And they do it quickly, with kindness and expertise!
