I purchsed awarranty for for my Juicer. One day while using it I must have pressed the plastic piece too much and it got damaged by the blades since the fruit had already juiced. I called Best Buy to get a replacement piece, they asked me to return the whole juicer for a new one! I have increasingly started purchasing more kitchen appliances from Best Buy because after intensive research, on best quality and pricing, I found they had the best prices for my stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Juicer etc. The customer service is excellent!

So far so good with the product. Have not needed to use The Geek Squad but it's good to know they are there.

We hardly ever purchase extended warranties, yet for some reason decided to purchase Geek Squad support when we bought our Mac Book Pro. That was the best purchase we've ever made. We can use it on 3 different computers, and believe me, we've used it! Every time we have an issue we simply make a phone call and are talked through what to do to fix it. Once we had to take the computer in because it couldn't be fixed by just a phone call, and we received great service at the store. I have continued to renew our Geek Squad coverage because it has proved to be such a worthwhile investment! I would absolutely encourage everyone buying a computer at Best Buy to add the Geek Squad protection.

The only warranty I 100% stand behind. They actually deliver exactly what they promise. There’s no hidden terms like other warranties I’ve bought. We are so thankful that we bought this warranty with our washer since it broke within a year. The warranty covered a brand new washer. They also covered the installation fee and haul away since we had initially paid for it.

Seemed like a good idea as hopefully if anything is going to break it should happen soonish. Steep learning curve in how the cooktop works.

You need the additional protection nowadays. I haven’t used it for this purchase yet but it’s is essential.

Works perfectly. Very happy with the choice. The options this product has was everything I needed. Air fry works well and happy with the two over option.

Absolutely great, highly recommend getting the extended warranty on large appliances. I had to call about a repair on my washer that was four years old and my experience was great!

Gabreal and Fredy did excellent job installing dishwasher. They arrived at stated time, removed and hauled away old dishwasher, and got new dishwasher ready for use, even putting in jet dry rinse aid. Installations are more labor consuming than they used to be and we couldn't have done this ourselves without a lot of time and frustration.

Great value on a 5 year no questions asked warranty that is about half the cost of the manufacturer's warranties, and includes in home repair/replacement if necessary!

I loved it but it isn’t zero clearance and I had to order one that took forever to get For those buying this microwave it isn’t zero clearance door, so if you have cabinets on both sides good luck.

While we love our appliances, I have had everyone from my parents who build houses, to our appliance repair person recommend the extended warranties, as appliances hardly last 3 years, and have an overabundance of sensitive gadgetry in the them. I think the extensed warranty at BB was cheaper for 5 years than through L*wes or H*me Depot, so check pricing.

Our dishwasher’s top rock became loose after a small piece broke after a few years. We called GS and Chuck came over to take a look and ordered the necessary parts, which was more than the small part that fell off. Within a week we had our dishwasher up and running like new. We use our dishwasher a lot, so having it get fixed this quickly and painlessly was worth every penny we paid for the extra service plan!!

This team of two technicians worked quickly and well.

The agent took my return dishwasher out and installed my new one for me. Then figured out why my dishwasher wasn't draining. It would not drain because there was a small object inside my garbage disposal. Once he took the object out the dishwasher started draining. I never would have known why if it was for the agent.

It was very simple to use my warranty for my microwave. After setting up an appointment with Geek squad, an associate came to my home. He evaluated my microwave, saw the issue, and put in a claim to have it replaced. It only took a week for a technician to come out and install a brand new microwave. I was very impressed with the entire experience!

The Geek Squad protection plan was very worthwhile. We use our dishwasher several times a day. It needed to be repaired a number of times over the coverage period and the Geek Squad always repaired it effectively and efficiently. Finally, this dishwasher needed to be replaced while still under the Geek Squad coverage period and we received a store credit to buy a new dishwasher. Overall, the Geek Squad protection plan is a very fair and economical way to ensure that a vital appliance is in good working order.
