I know there is a lot of debate about whether or not to buy the extra five-year protection plan.....I always do ....Just for my own piece of mine.....Like any type of insurance you may never use it...But you’ll be glad you have it if you ever need it....

This appliance is for a rental property. We always make it a habit to purchase extended warranties for appliances in rental properties. Makes life easier for us and our tenants too.

Got 5 year protection cause I know the oven heat will create problems with the digital control panel at some point.

Great Dishwasher. The site was very easy to use and we appreciated being able to order with ease. It was nice to have it delivered at a convenient time and we thought the service was great.

i have had to use this warranty on multiple occasions and i is really worth it and i will make sure that i get in on future products and they either fix it or replace it

I rarely buy protection plans from other stores, but I don't hesitate to purchase it from Best Buy. They have the best prices and the coverage is excellent. If you ever need to use it, it is very easy to process a claim and the service is performed quickly.

Always easy to get someone out and have had a dishwasher replaced after 4 years.

Good to purchase when you have many appliances, tree em ovals and installation to have completed. We are also thinking about having a television minted on the wall which will save us a lot of money.

This is a must have. Peace of mind knowing that if anything happens you’ll be covered is worth the investment.

We got the extended plan because the last dishwasher did not last, was expensive and got a big run around trying to get it looked at. It was a different brand than this one.

I only buy extended warranties for dishwashers, because they break so frequently. Best Buy was no hassle, replaced my dishwasher after initial repair did not solve the problem.

Love that my appliance is covered for 5 years. Needed to use it the 1st year. Microwave was still covered under the manufacturer warranty, however, the Geek Squad comes out to make the evaluation. They do all the paperwork which makes things so much more simple.

Overall a great service. Thank you to the two men who came and were helpful.

Geek Squad knows their stuff! They were able to fix my television and were very nice. I always buy the extra protection plan as I know the Geek Squad will be there if I need them.
