I highly recommend getting the geek squad warranty on any appliance you purchase. It is worth it for the peace of mind in knowing the item is backed to be either repaired or replaced if necessary. Being a geek squad member covers the install and removal cost as well, plus offers discounts on warranties.

The protection i have is reassuring on such a large and costly purchase as my induction stove. Thou I am not certain if it is for five years of protection it is certainly more than if I just purchased it from Lowe's

This package was an essential one for my purchase. The protection plan is one you hope will never be needed.

Once I understood this is makes tremendous sense to do this -- and we generally never buy extended warranties. The dishwasher has a one year parts and labor warranty. The Best Buy warranty extends that for 4-more years for $200. Overall we have a 5-year parts and warranty contract. One service call would likely exceed that greatly. Every Best Buy person we talked to about a difficult problem exceeded our expectations,

I bought 5 years of protection as it broke down to $90 per year which seemed reasonable. Just got the unit installed and it is working fine. Hope I don't have to use the policy for a long time.

Samsung Range purchased with protection plan in 2015; very satisfied with performance of range. However, settings around all control knobs are DECALS; I was cautious with cleaning but over time, the decals disappeared. I called Geek Squad, a tech came to home, informed me he would check on the part. Later that day, I received a call and told the part was unavailable, given another phone number to call and a new range was ordered. Delivery and installation was yesterday; we do not purchase any expensive item without the protection. Have had two instance in the past where we were very glad we made decision to purchase the plans. Each employee we interacted with was extremely helpful and courteous.

Air fryer and range went out soo what better way to save counter space by getting a range with wifi and air fry options. Love the air fry option works really well. Only down side is dripping grease down at the bottle. Only solution i found was to but a catcher at the bottle to prevent heavy build up and to prevent grease smoking when using the oven. Other than thay def enjoy the oven and the stove top feature water boils really fast

My first dishwasher, and I fell in love with it. Unfortunately, after 2 years, it became loud, clanky, didn’t thoroughly clean the dishes, and some display lights no longer worked. So I called the Geek Squad service plan. Not only did I buy the service plan, I was charged an additional $125 for the service guy to come out. Never in 20 years of buying Best Buy’s protection plans have I ever been charged to use it. Best Buy’s plans have changed, but my plan is the original before changes and should have been valued as such. I feel cheated. However, it was deemed unrepairable, and I am in love again with the dishwasher, NOT their protection plans.

Every time I order something from Best Buy I always get the protection plan. It’s great to be protected

Hope I never have to use the protection plan, but seemed like a reasonable cost to be sure.

I always purchase a Geek Squad protection plan when I purchase a large and expensive item. It does pay off! Recently, my washer I purchased a little over 2 years ago broke down. It was still under the Geek protection. The washer was no long available, and Best Buy replaced it with a comparable model and I am very happy with the newer washer! No worries. They delivered the new one, took the old one away and I had no charges. I only had to purchase a new Geek Squad Protection warranty for my new washer.

This protection gives us peace of mind. We know if something goes wrong the Geek Squad will repair it and that is good.

The portable dishwashers pump started failing pumped water out when it wanted to after almost 2 years of having apt portable 18 inch dish washer. I got the 5 year plan thank got I did other wise who knows how much it would cost to fixed . They end up giving me store credit after I calledy closes local store to tell them the issue after talking 40 plus minutes. 2 different people and both said to bring it in which is a hassle since I live 40 min away. Wish there whole team would be on the same page the told me when I bought it if it fails that a third party would come to fixed it at my house. But they told me after almost 2 years that I had to bring it in. Overall I got the value in credit but lost the 100 dollars for the geek squad protection . Know they don't have the model any more and I will eventually have to buy another one when I get more money that cost and extra 200 not include the 100 to 125 geek squad protection I will probably get.

Love the design of the LG microwave. Very easy to install and operate.

About 6 months we purchased This Model to replaced a older Kitchenaid refrigerator we have used 20 years and still works but want a new one while we remodeled our kitchen. I just love this refrigerator seems to be built well and its well designed. Its ice machine is much faster than our older one and it is super quite you cant tell it os even on.
