Not sure as havent had to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased an open box dishwasher and always feel better with a warranty when we do this. Never had to use it so I'm not sure how well the process will go but hoping for the best if we ever have to.

Too long waiting period, too busy

Don’t buy Geek Squad warranty

I just had my 4th visit and I am now going to be scheduling the 5th visit to get my dishwasher fixed. Each visit has required me or my wife to take off or rearrange our schedule. Lowes would’ve had it fixed by now and I will be purchasing from them or somewhere else going forward. I probably won’t be contacted but it would be nice to hear from someone who cares.

Buyers read before buying!

I am so thankful we have our geek squad warranty, but this is ridiculus that a dishwasher is already being replaced so soon. Our last one made it about 2.5 years and was replaced under the geek squad warranty too. This dishwasher is garbage. The power spray spreads all the dirty water all over the other dishes and never washes them well. We would have to rewash loads all of the time. The 3rd rack we took out completely as it would never get them all clean. This was not to over loading the dishwasher, it just never worked right. The dishwasher was quiet and I am thankful for that though. But a $900 dishwasher should work better than this, buyers be aware that this dishwasher is crap and will not last.

GOOD LUCK SETTING UP A SERVICE CALL

When they can't figure out how to help you, they just hang up. They've done this countless times across the last two years, so I know it isn't a technical issue - it's an exit strategy. Setting up a service call should never be this difficult. Also, you don't get GeekSquad technicians, you get subcontractors (that's a detail they don't really mention when you sign up).

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A GEEK WARRANTY FOR SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO INSTALL....I have a built-in, big,heavy microwave oven that I got the extended GEEK SQUAD coverage on. A waste of time and money.... The microwave is less than a year old and the lights quit working and the GEEK SQUAD said I have to uninstall my microwave and bring it into the store for them to look at it.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

Bad service for new dishwasher!

I reall believe because the top tray when full dos not slid all the way in unless you give it an extra push which I have never had to do to a dishwasher before. First time we called LG came out and said they don't take care of cosmetic problems and to call Geek Squad. The sent an appliance repair man and he said he had to contact Geek Squad to see what they could do. It has been at least a month or 2 and no-one has bothered to get back to uo. Not happy at all!!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We contacted the Geek Squad about our Samsung dishwasher racks splitting and rusting in April 2020. They told us they would ship the racks. They never arrived so we called back in June, said the order was never fully processed, assured us they fixed that problem gave us a work order number and shipping order confirmation. The racks never came. Spent 4 hours on the phone today. (Warranty expired in June) Now they said they are not covered and will not ship. Was on hold for a supervisor for an hour, no one ever came to the phone. We just spent another $2000 2 weeks ago. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have the warranty fulfilled. Unless BB makes good on this we will never do business with them again. WARRANTY was a total waste of money.

Good but overpriced

Water Door

Water has a tendency to over run after glass is removed causing it to run down the door which is EXTREMLY hard to keep clean!!! I would not recommend this refrigerator.

Horrible service

Best buy agent stated that they cannot fix through Geek squad and passed off to 3rd party. 3rd party called and said they cannot come to my area and passed back to Geek Squad. Contacted Geek squad and will be another week and a half before someone can come out to "Diagnose" my issue, not repair, just look at. In the meantime I am left with no way to make meals as my range is not useable, and Geek Squad doesn't give a darn. Once they have your, they no longer care.
