    The refrigerator from the first couple of months the ice maker freezes over. Unable to make ice. Having a he ice maker inside the refrigerator section instead of the freezer section is a horrible design.

    Awful service. Have 5 year extended warranty on a Whirlpool oven. 1st year control board was replaced under factory warranty. Best Buy will not replace oven until they have sent someone out 4 times. Big waste of time and energy dealing with an oven that never worked correctly. Very frustrated dealing with Best Buy and this lemon of an oven!

    My dishwasher failed exactly a year into the purchase. GSP isn’t owning up and got me the run between their teams, the manufacturer. No solution. Long waits. Long call wait. No ownership.

    Waste of money. Paid fir a five year plan, and both repairs happened after 30 days and was referred to the manufacturer. Geek Squard doesn't start covering untill after the 1st year of the Manufacturer warranty. You oay for a 5 year geek squad and get 4 years.

    do not buy protection plans at best buy / geek squad. They ask you to go and find a repair shop by yourself as soon as something breaks.

    I have been trying to get my stove cancelled for a month. There’s always a part missing or the wrong part was sent. It still isn’t fixed…

    apparently buying a protection plan deducts 10000 points ($160 rewards dollars) off your account. Contacting customer service does not help. I was left with the explanation that "the system was correct". Correct how? I can't get more help or a place for complaint.

    Beware of warranties

    When I tried to get my dishwasher repaired, they said the warranty didn't exist, and that it was a refrigerator rather than dishwasher. So the would not fix it. Took two hours at the store to strain it out. Then scheduled repair two weeks out.

    Do yourself a favor and don't waste the money on this plan. They do not know how to install anything they always come up with a reason why they can't and they don't know what they're doing and that's just a fact

    Do not get their protection plan on this Samsung oven/range. It does not cover the broken knobs which is the main issue. Best Buy is happy to get your money for a worthless protection plan!
