I bought this 5 years Geek Squad Protection for this appliance and this is the first time I will need their service. It was easy making my service claim appointment and I am sure they will do a good job.

This plan is great. I buy one on every brand new appliance I buy from Bestbuy. I wouldn't go without one. It save you money and a headache in the ling run.

Fabulous glass top stove. Delivered and installed by Best Buy. We have enjoyed it and it cooks great. I love the count down to the set temperature. I have no complaints and it has not gad any problems at all.

I love my dishwasher. I've had it for about 2 years and it still trips me out because it's so quiet. I have to double check that it's actually running. (It is).

I have purchased Geek Squad Protection in the past and continue to do so on larger items. I have had to use it on occasion in the past . I know I had 100% coverage and do not have to worry about repair bills or replacing an item before it has attained it's normal expected useful life and be replaced.

We are enjoying the slide-in range very much. A nice kitchen upgrade. Samsung has a promotion for a free stainless steel backsplash (normally $199). "I received compensation for this review but the review is my own."

Well, I just got the micro oven. I hope everything works from now to 5 Years. I got the protection coverage of 5yrs just in case. If something happens, I will update my comments

Beautiful looking BUT as many others have posted, died after 18 months. What a pain, my little cheapy microwaves lasted for years. Forget repairing unless you bought the warranty.

Installation setup and tested perfect. Came out and tested elements too.

Installed dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Very well done.
