Great service, and prompt. Very friendly and cordial

I thank God we have not had to use this for our cooktop, but glad I have it. We have had it on other times and have used it and have always been pleased with the people who are part of the Geek Squad. Only negative is that I wish it was a little cheaper.

We had a Samsung microwave for 11 months and the surface started peeling NOT covered This microwave i# above our stove, kinda concerning that peelings could fall into food

I always recommend the protection plan. Though most items BB sells are of good quality, it doesn't mean that something weird won't happen. Appliances are made en mass, so it is always possible that something just happens and is not a sign of good/bad quality - be smart ant CYA. In the long run, its a small amount of money each month for peace of mind.

Can't be too safe these days, with the high cost of appliances and the almost impossibility of getting parts or repairs, a guaranteed replacement is worth this small investment. Our previous unit didn't last three years, so we switched brands and also made sure to get this warranty.

I hope I done need to use my warranty but I have piece of mind knowing that if something goes wrong, The Geek Squad will come and fix it!

Best Buy stands behind their product replacement program. I've used it before with mostly no hassle or issues. Highly recommend this option especially with products that have mechanical moving parts or products you travel with or carry with you. Works great, looks nice but not exactly fingerprint proof. A couple of small dents with delivery but they hooked it up and helped me drill a bigger home for the waterline!

Had this on the old dishwasher - was able to get the money spent toward a new dishwasher - easily handled, pleasantly surprised. Purchased new agreement with new dishwasher - proved valuable!

You better buy it because the new dishwashers are not well designed. the Kenmore that lasted 20 years had better features and higher quality. I am hoping this one will last through the warranty period. The Kitchen Aid /Whirpool service man said a service call is $300. the water level sensor is hard to get to to. It is under the machine. Most are in the tank and can be easily cleaned.

Definitely get the warranty on a dishwasher regardless of the price. Dishwashers breakdown easily. Worth the extra cost.

The cost of extended warranty from Geeksquad is a great level of comfort and when things go wrong it more than pays for itself.

I love the Geek Squad protection plan I always get them however they shouldn’t warranty a refrigerator if they won’t replace it because an ice maker is considered an accessory. If it’s not working properly and can’t be fixed it needs to be replaced. Luckily my unit had other issues eventually but seriously they “repaired” the ice maker 10 times, at what point does that make sense?

Having Geek Squad ensures that I will not regret my purchase and that if I have any issues, I know that Geek Squad will be able to help me with any electrical or physical problems. Best Buy will also recognize the value of the product and I was told I would just have to pay the difference if I do want to upgrade within the paid time frame. Purchasing Geek Squad will indubitably be a brilliant choice.
