Geek Squad customer service has been great compared to the typical Best Buy customer service call centers.

Had this for 3 yrs now and we never had a single problem with it. I dont usually use the tablet screen but the kids loves playing with it. We play music and use it for Ring. Great stuff.

The extended warranty 5yr was the best purchase I made for my appliances! It has paid for itself at least 3x. Don't buy an appliance without it!

I bought it because I had a credit for getting a Best Buy credit card. The electronic ignition on the ranges that I buy normally broke before 5 years so I thought I might as well get the extra warranty. They were very helpful in buying it.

Hopefully I won't need to use the warranty but if I do, I hope they will provide a great service. Since we will use the dishwasher almost everyday, buying the 5 yr warranty is a must.
