With the way things are built these days you never know how long it will last. It is sad to say that this protection has saved me more times then it hasn't.

I called the Geek Squad for assistance and they pointed me to the Bosch web site. Although I know the Best Buy warranty kicks in when the manufactures warranty expires, I guess I was hoping for assistance to find a warranty services and get a warranty service call scheduled.
