    I purchased the plan but have no need to use it yet. I hope the service is as good as promised. Since I had an awful experience with service getting my appliances purchased, delivered and installed.

    Awful. Starting leaking and literally flooded our kitchen- power turns off mid cycle at random times.

    Huge waste of money!! I have been waiting for them to come by for over a month, 3 scheduled appointments with no one showing without a call or text. I call to request a refund of the warranty or a new appliance since they were not fixing the broken one, and all they did was to schedule another appointment, and again, no show.

    Called as my range was not working. Best buy agent stated that they cannot fix through Geek squad and passed off to 3rd party. 3rd party called and said they cannot come to my area and passed back to Geek Squad. Contacted Geek squad and will be another week and a half before someone can come out to "Diagnose" my issue, not repair, just look at. In the meantime I am left with no way to make meals as my range is not useable, and Geek Squad doesn't give a darn. Once they have your, they no longer care.

    Had the light for the ice and water changed three times!! Still no light coming down to the glass! Water has a tendency to over run after glass is removed causing it to run down the door which is EXTREMLY hard to keep clean!!! I would not recommend this refrigerator.

    The inside of the dishwasher door has been getting small dents ad scratches. I reall believe because the top tray when full dos not slid all the way in unless you give it an extra push which I have never had to do to a dishwasher before. First time we called LG came out and said they don't take care of cosmetic problems and to call Geek Squad. The sent an appliance repair man and he said he had to contact Geek Squad to see what they could do. It has been at least a month or 2 and no-one has bothered to get back to uo. Not happy at all!!

    We contacted the Geek Squad about our Samsung dishwasher racks splitting and rusting in April 2020. They told us they would ship the racks. They never arrived so we called back in June, said the order was never fully processed, assured us they fixed that problem gave us a work order number and shipping order confirmation. The racks never came. Spent 4 hours on the phone today. (Warranty expired in June) Now they said they are not covered and will not ship. Was on hold for a supervisor for an hour, no one ever came to the phone. We just spent another $2000 2 weeks ago. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have the warranty fulfilled. Unless BB makes good on this we will never do business with them again. WARRANTY was a total waste of money.

    Geek squad are great but overpriced. Got it on open box item as other cheaper warranty companies will not cover open box appliances. Still cheaper than new though.

    They do honor but only the amount you paid. If your model was on sale or goes up in price. You pay the difference

    This 48” model was not available for viewing in any Best Buy store so we bought it sight unseen. Shipping was delayed twice from the manufacturer. When we finally got it and installed it, it was a VERY basic model - 8 gas burners and 2 ovens - no electronic indicators signaling that your oven is preheated, no digital clock, no timer options. Just interior oven lights and “on” light for selected burner. Also, fan never came on for convection oven resulting in burned bottoms of baked goods. Definitely not satisfied.
