We contacted the Geek Squad about our Samsung dishwasher racks splitting and rusting in April 2020. They told us they would ship the racks. They never arrived so we called back in June, said the order was never fully processed, assured us they fixed that problem gave us a work order number and shipping order confirmation. The racks never came. Spent 4 hours on the phone today. (Warranty expired in June) Now they said they are not covered and will not ship. Was on hold for a supervisor for an hour, no one ever came to the phone. We just spent another $2000 2 weeks ago. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have the warranty fulfilled. Unless BB makes good on this we will never do business with them again. WARRANTY was a total waste of money.

Geek squad are great but overpriced. Got it on open box item as other cheaper warranty companies will not cover open box appliances. Still cheaper than new though.

Have not had to use it yet luckily. I’m just writing this review so I can get the reward points.

I have not had to use this service yet.... thank goodness. Wish things were made so that protection was not necessary.

I just got the product and the agreement. Hopefully I will be as happy with the agreement as I am with the product.

Had the light for the ice and water changed three times!! Still no light coming down to the glass! Water has a tendency to over run after glass is removed causing it to run down the door which is EXTREMLY hard to keep clean!!! I would not recommend this refrigerator.

I would always recommend getting insurance on big purchases like this because you never know what can happen

They do honor but only the amount you paid. If your model was on sale or goes up in price. You pay the difference

Called as my range was not working. Best buy agent stated that they cannot fix through Geek squad and passed off to 3rd party. 3rd party called and said they cannot come to my area and passed back to Geek Squad. Contacted Geek squad and will be another week and a half before someone can come out to "Diagnose" my issue, not repair, just look at. In the meantime I am left with no way to make meals as my range is not useable, and Geek Squad doesn't give a darn. Once they have your, they no longer care.

Purchased the 3-year Geek Squad Protection Plan to use in case of emergencies and/or any incidentals.

Its geek squad, theyre pretty unhelpful unless you're 70

Kinda . Headaches to get hold on these people. But once you do. Service is good.

Huge waste of money!! I have been waiting for them to come by for over a month, 3 scheduled appointments with no one showing without a call or text. I call to request a refund of the warranty or a new appliance since they were not fixing the broken one, and all they did was to schedule another appointment, and again, no show.

Saw some iffy reviews so I purchased this. Seems that it runs concurrently with the manufacturer warranty. Should star after that runs out.

Called to ask one quick question about the printer ink program and they couldn't help. That's ok, they gave me the phone number.

horrible trick with geek squad. I bought 5 year protection on a brand new dishwasher. It arrived dead on arrival - wouldnt work. i call geek squad and they say they dont cover the first year - only manufacturer warranty covers first year. Manufacturer took over week to send someone out. Geek squad lies 5 year warranty is really 4 years AFTER first year! they lied

Do not have. Made appointment 7 weeks out. No call no appliances.

My icemaker keeps on breaking down we looked up information about this refrigerator and it’s known for the icemaker to break down. Got on YouTube‘s showed us how to defrost it so we can have ice , every other week my husband‘s on the ground with the hairdryer defrosting the back. For a couple of minutes. It works but it’s a pain in the butt
