    We purchased a Samsung stove which was ok. But When delivered they miss a part. So it had to be replaced, So this problem was fixed and that’s the only thing that was done I had to call to get parts myself. So much for customer service.

    I had a defective knob on my new kitchen aide stove top and bought full insurance through Best Buy but when I called they told me it wasn’t coveeed and I had to call kitchen aide for a replacement because in the insurance through Best Buy it’s considered a cosmetic item. I should have saved my money on the insurance since it doesn’t cover basic things.

    Cannot get ANYONE to come out and fix my Samsung washer. Representatives on the phone do NOT have a good command of the English language and they hang up on you. First tech could not fix the washer and just left, second appt NO ONE SHOWED UP. ON THE PHONE FOR OVER ONE HOUR TRYING TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. DO NOT BUY WARRENTY FROM BEST BUY

    I need step-by-step instructions to find the terms of my 3-year insurance purchase. Plus on Apr. 6 a replacement oven is arriving due to a griddle malfunction which resulted in gas leakage.

    When I purchased this dishwasher 2 years ago I specifically asked if there was an issue with it if I could bring it to the store in Huntington for repairs if there was any issues with it and I was told yes. Of course, I recently had an issue and found out a couple of days ago that I was lied to about their policy so the $80 geek squad plan I bought is useless.

    have 5yr protection plan on a 36 inch Samsung induction cooktop which quit working in March. cannot get hold anyone in Best Buy to respond. understand this is a difficult time for them to schedule a in-home repair, but not answer calls is not acceptable! virtual call finally forward me to a real person, but that person would put me on hold and eventually cut me off, went on a few times, I finally gave up and bought myself portable induction cooker and Instant Pot. Survived so far. May eventually get someone from BB to repair when store fully open. Won't count on it though.

    Hi, Best Buy’s Third party delivery company named GUERRA TRANSPORTATION LLC is terrible they provide installation too. (PLEASE SEE PICTURES ATTACHED) They were (driver and his helper) very rude, unprofessional, unethical. They left the range-oven in the middle of the kitchen and left! They were taking pictures of the oven in my living room (no respect for my privacy) instead of the kitchen When I told them not to do that He said he forget the take the picture of it in the kitchen and that’s why he’s taking the pictures in my living room and that won’t damage the house!!!

    Had to have a 2 year old dishwasher replaced under warranty after 3 attempts to repair and part no longer available. The balance of my 5 year warranty was cancelled with the explanation of that's how it has to be done. I lost 3 years of warranty I paid for. You can read the fine print for what it worth, but it won't help!

    Our handle broke within the 1st month of use. It was replaced by manufacturer. It’s been a year since we purchased it and again the handle is broken. This is ridiculous!

    Best Buy refuses to refund money spent on a warran

    Don’t believe everything store clerks tell you. I was told by the store clerk the warranty would be able to be used on a tenant occupied apartment. The delivery company said no way it was also confirmed by the one 800 number. Yet Best Buy will not return or credit my account for the money I spent on the warranty
